The house is located next to the new Landal Greenparks holiday park. You can enjoy walking and cycling in the Loonse and Drunense Dunes and this is the perfect base for a day at Efteling. The holiday home has been completely refurbished, luxuriously and modernly decorated with a large dining table and lovely sitting are with lounge sofa. You'll also find the bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms for 2 people, of which 2 of the bedrooms have single beds (that you can push together) and 1 bedroom with a double bed. The bedrooms are not very large, but the beds are good quality and there's a wardrobe for your clothing in every bedroom. You'll also find another bathroom with sink, toilet and a washing machine and dryer on the first floor. In the enclosed and tiled garden you can relax on the lounge set or in the sauna.(bubble bathavailable from February 12). On the same property (about 50 m away), you'll find another new bungalow (with jacuzzi!) of the same, very friendly owner. Ideal for larger groups and optimal use of the wellness facilities. The extremely friendly owner will also make sure you have free access to the outdoor swimming pool in the adjacent park. There are also plenty of restaurants and (indoor and outdoor) playing possibilities for the children. You will lack nothing here! Die Wohnung liegt neben dem geplanten Neubau des Ferienparks Landal Greenparks. In den Loonse en Drunense Duinen kann man herrlich wandern und Rad fahren und der Standort ist auch ideal für einen Tagesausflug nach Efteling. Die Wohnung ist vollkommen renoviert, luxuriös und modern eingerichtet mit einem großen Esstisch und einem Lounge-Sofa, auf dem man wunderbar sitzen kann. Im Parterre finden Sie auch das Badezimmer mit Dusche. Im ersten Stock liegen 3 Schlafzimmer für je 2 Personen, davon 2 Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbetten (die sich auch zusammenschieben lassen) und 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Die Schlafzimmer sind nicht groß. Die Betten sind aber qualitativ hochwertig. In jedem Schlafzimmer steht übrigens auch ein Kleiderschrank. Im ersten Stock gibt es noch ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, WC und Waschmaschine/ Wäschetrockner. In dem umzäunten und gefliesten Garten kommen Sie im Loungeset oder in der Sauna herrlich zur Ruhe.(Whirlpool ab 12. Februar verfügbar). Auf demselben Grundstück (±50 m) befindet sich ein weiterer neuer Bungalow (mit Whirlpool!) vom selben freundlichen Hausbesitzer.
