Die Villa ist von einem Garten und einem Olivenhain umgeben. Im Garten befindet sich der Pool mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen. Vom Garten aus haben Sie einen Panoramablick. Die Villa ist über asphaltierte Straßen gut erreichbar. Es ist ein idealer Ort, um einen erholsamen Urlaub in unberührter Natur zu verbringen, aber auch in der Nähe berühmter Kunststädte. Die Villa wird mittwochs und samstags gereinigt und Badetücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt.

La villa è stata completamente ristrutturata mantenendo le caratteristiche tipiche come i pavimenti in cotto e le travi a vista. Gli interni sono arredati con buon gusto e l'atmosfera è accogliente.
