Op de 1e etage biedt deze vakantiewoning, naast de centrale verwarming, alleen in de badkamer en in het toilet vloerverwarming. Alle slaapkamers hebben de beschikking over een wasgelegenheid. De accomodatie is niet geschikt voor groepen jongeren onder de 30 jaar.
