There is half an hectare of orchard, and a garden where you can sunbathe (on the deckchairs provided), everything is fenced in, plus there is a smaller enclosure called the "Dog House" the house is surrounded by a terrace where you can have lunch or sunbathe, a large barbecue with wheels you can cook where you want, at the end of the property under a majestic turkey oak the owner has made a large table with a bench where the children go to draw. Laundry facilties like washing machine and iron keep you free from laundry worries. Parking is on-site. Woodstove and heating are there for a cozy stay. Der Herbst ist unserer Meinung nach die schönste Zeit, denn die Farben, die uns diese Monate liefern, sind unbezahlbar. Wenn die Jahreszeit, wie die letzten Jahre, uns sonnige Tage beschert, wird alles wie ein Korallenriff aussehen! Im Herbst, im Apennin, wird der Kastanienanbau wiederbelebt, seit Jahrhunderten gehört er zu den am meisten verwurzelten und weit verbreiteten Formen der Apenninen und ist ein Bestandteil der Landschaft, die typisch für das Gebiet von Pistoia ist Apenninen. Der Blick verliert sich in der umgebenden Landschaft und ist perfekt für Liebhaber der Natur und der Berge, die auch im Sommer milde Temperaturen bevorzugen. Die Position ist sehr zentral um alle Kunststädte zu besuchen: Pistoia in 25 Minuten, Florenz in 50 Minuten, Lucca in 50 Minuten und Abetone in 20 Minuten. Ein wenig oberhalb des Ferienhauses beginnt ein Wanderweg, der mit dem berühmten "00" zusammenführt und auf welchem man sogar den Gebirgskamm des Pedata del Diavolo und Abetone erreichen kann. Pistoia ist die nächstgelegene Stadt und sicherlich einen Besuch wert, denn es gibt zahlreiche Kirchen und Plätze zu besichtigen. Auch Florenz, Hauptstadt der Region, ist die Kunststadt par excellence und renommierte "Wiege" der Renaissance.
Cette maison confortable est située près de la station balnéaire renommée de San Marcello Pistoiese. La maison arbore un décor chaleureux et accueillant et dispose de toutes les commodités dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. De la maison, la vue se perd dans le paysage environnant, et elle est parfaite pour les amoureux de la nature et des zones montagneuses qui, même en période estivale, souhaitent des températures clémentes. La propriété est au centre de toutes les villes d'art : Pistoia est à 25 minutes, Florence et Lucques à 50 minutes, et puis la station de ski d'Abetone n'est qu'à 20 minutes. Juste au-dessus de la maison part un sentier qui rejoint le fameux"00", d'où il est même possible d'atteindre la crête ("La Pedata del Diavolo" (le coup de pied du Diable / station d'Abetone) Pistoia est la ville la plus proche parmi toutes et et mérite certainement le détour pour les nombreuses églises et places qu'il est possible d'y visiter, tandis que Florence est la capitale régionale, la ville d'art par excellence et renommée comme le « berceau » de la Renaissance.

La casa ha un arredamento caldo e accogliente e dispone di tutti i servizi di cui potrete avere bisogno. L’Autunno per noi è il periodo più bello, perchè i colori che ci regalano questi mesi sono impagabili. Se la stagione ,come gli ultimi anni , ci regala anche delle belle giornate allora , tutto assomiglierà ad una barriera corallina! Con l'autunno tornano, in Appennino, ad accendersi i METATI , i tradizionali essiccatoi da la raccolta alla farina. La coltivazione del castagno ha costituito per secoli una delle forme più radicate e diffuse di sostentamento per il territorio appenninico e rappresenta un elemento del paesaggio tipico del territorio dell'Appennino Pistoiese. Dalla casa la vista si perde nel paesaggio circostante ed è perfetta per gli amanti della natura e delle zone di montagna che anche nel periodo estivo voglio temperature miti. La struttura è centrale a tutte le città d’arte , Pistoia 25 minuti , Firenze 50 minuti , Lucca ,50 minuti, poi Abetone 20 minuti Poco sopra la viletta parte un sentiero che si ricongiunge il famosissimo “00” dove è possibile arrivare perfino sul crinale (pedata del diavolo /abetone) Pistoia è la città più vicina tra tutte ed merita sicuramente una visita ci sono numerose chiese e piazze da poter visitare, anche Firenze è il capoluogo di regione ed è la città d'arte per eccellenza rinomata "culla" del Rinascimento.
