The location is optimal for winter and summer holidays. The ski bus stop is located right at the bottom of the (slightly sloping) access road, which takes you to the beautiful Saalbach Hinterglemm ski area in a few minutes. In the summer there are plenty of recreational opportunities such as mountain biking, hiking or highly recommended: wonderful rafting. The Zell am See lake is nearby and provides wonderful cooling on very hot days. A lift will go directly from Viehhofen to the ski area of Zell am See. As a result, Viehhofen is connected to the Zell am See ski area by a lift on the one hand, and connected to Saalbach-Hinterglemm on the other hand via a descent from the ski area (the lifts of the Saalbach Hinterglemm ski area are easily reached with the free ski bus). Hierdurch ist Viehhofen einerseits durch einen Lift mit dem Skigebiet Zell am See und andererseits durch eine Abfahrt aus dem Skigebiet mit Saalbach-Hinterglemm verbunden (die Lifte des Skigebietes Saalbach Hinterglemm sind mit dem kostenlosen Skibus leicht erreichbar). In beiden Skigebieten werden dann voraussichtlich Skibusse eingesetzt.

Une paroi coulissante peut fermer l'ensemble et grâce à un système ingénieux, le canapé peut être transformé en 3 lits confortables. Votre maison de vacances se trouve au rez-de-chaussée, mais en raison de sa situation sur une pente, vous accédez à l'entrée par un escalier. La cuisine ouverte a un coin-repas séparé et est pourvue de tous les équipements modernes, puis vous disposez de 2 chambres à coucher, d'une salle de bains et d'une grande terrasse d'où vous avez une superbe vue sur les montagnes environnantes. De par sa situation légèrement au-dessus du village, vous bénéficierez de beaucoup d'intimité et d'une superbe vue. La situation est parfaite, été comme hiver. In het bijgebouw van dit Chalet (links) is deze sfeervolle en ruime vakantiewoning gesitueerd dus volop privacy. De luxueus ingerichte woonkamer kan zowel als woonkamer en als slaapkamer worden gebruikt. Een schuifwand kan het geheel afsluiten en door een ingenieus systeem kan de bank worden veranderd in 3 comfortabele slaapplaatsen. Uw vakantiewoning bevindt zich op de begane grond, echter door de ligging tegen een helling bereikt U de ingang via een trap. De open keuken heeft een aparte eethoek en is voorzien van alle moderne apparatuur, daarnaast beschikt u over 2 slaapkamers, een badkamer en een ruim terras waarvandaan je prachtig zicht hebt op de omliggende bergen. Door de ligging iets boven het dorp geniet u van volop privacy en is het uitzicht fantastisch. De ligging is optimaal voor de winter- en de zomervakantie. De skibushalte bevindt zich gelijk onderaan de (licht hellende) toegangsweg waardoor u in enkele minuten in het prachtige skigebied Saalbach Hinterglemm bent. In de zomer zijn er volop recreatiemogelijkheden als mountainbiken, wandelen of als echte aanrader: heerlijk raften. Het meer van Zell am See is vlakbij en brengt heerlijke verkoeling op zeer warme dagen. Nieuwe ontwikkelingen! Vanaf de winter 2019/2020 zal er vanuit Viehhofen direct een lift naar het skigbied van Zell am See gaan. Hierdoor is Viehhofen enerzijds middels een lift verbonden met het skigebied Zell am See, en anderzijds verbonden met Saalbach-Hinterglemm via een afdaling vanuit het skigebied (de liften van het skigebied van Saalbach Hinterglemm bereik je makkelijk met de gratis skibus).
