This detached, rustic chalet for a maximum of 8 people is located in Obervellach on the sunny side of the Mölltal in Carinthia, at 1,350 meters above sea level in the great outdoors. The panoramic location high above the valley offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains of the Reißeck group. The chalet can be reached via a wide asphalt road, the last 3 km are on a very good forest road. The chalet offers a large living/dining room with a wood stove and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and bunk bed, a modern bathroom, barbecue hut and a terrace with garden furniture. Cooking is done on the wood stove, and the hot water is also heated with wood (the wood is provided free of charge). A gas cooker is also available. Electricity is charged directly on site (coin meter). So you can expect a relaxing holiday with a real alpine feeling and still plenty of comfort. The area is home to beautiful hiking trails, a variety of sporting activities and impressive flora and fauna. In summer, the adventure pool in Obervellach and the Greifenburg bathing lake offer lots of bathing fun, and the famous Millstätter See can also be reached in around 30 minutes by car. You can ski on the Mölltal Glacier with 36 kilometers of slopes (also with a fun park) from October to mid-May. The equally well-known Ankogel/Mallnitz ski area offers almost 13 kilometers of slopes. Obervellach is located in the border triangle of Austria-Slovenia-Italy and thus makes it easy to visit cities such as Trieste, Udine, Venice, Villach and Klagenfurt. For your daily shopping, there are numerous shops in Obervellach. Products from the landlord's own farm are available.

La cocción se realiza en estufa de leña y el agua caliente también se calienta con leña (la leña se proporciona de forma gratuita). También hay disponible una cocina de gas. Lo chalet dispone di un ampio soggiorno/cucina da pranzo con stufa a legna e zona salotto, 2 ampie camere da letto ciascuna con un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello, un bagno moderno, una capanna per il barbecue e una terrazza con mobili da giardino. La cottura avviene su forno a legna, anche l'acqua calda viene riscaldata a legna (la legna viene fornita gratuitamente). È disponibile anche un fornello a gas. L'energia elettrica viene fatturata direttamente in loco (gettoniera). Potete aspettarvi una vacanza rilassante con una vera sensazione alpina e comunque molto comfort. La zona ospita splendidi sentieri escursionistici, una varietà di attività sportive e una flora e una fauna impressionanti. In estate la piscina avventura di Obervellach e il lago balneabile di Greifenburg offrono tanto divertimento balneare, e anche il famoso Millstätter See è raggiungibile in circa 30 minuti di auto. Dieses freistehende urige Chalet für maximal 8 Personen befindet sich in Obervellach auf der Sonnenseite des Mölltals in Kärnten, auf 1.350 Meter Seehöhe in der freien Natur. Die Panoramalage hoch über dem Tal bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die umliegende Bergwelt des Reißeckgruppe. Das Chalet ist über eine breite asphaltierte Strasse erreichbar, die letzten 3 km befährt man eine sehr gute Forststrasse. Das Chalet bietet eine große Wohn-/Essküche mit Holzherd und Sitzecke, 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils ein Doppelbett und Etagenbett, ein modernes Badezimmer, Grillhütte und eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Gekocht wird am Holzherd, auch das Warmwasser wird mit Holz geheizt (das Holz wird gratis beigestellt). Ein Gaskocher ist zusätzlich vorhanden. Strom wird vor Ort direkt verrechnet (Münzzähler). Es erwartet sie also ein erholsamer Urlaub mit echtem Alm-Feeling und trotzdem viel Komfort. Die Gegend beherbergt wunderschöne Wanderwege, eine Vielzahl an sportliche Aktivitäten und eine beeindruckende Flora und Fauna. Im Sommer bieten das Erlebnisschwimmbad in Obervellach und der Greifenburger Badesee viel Badespaß, auch der bekannte Millstätter See erreicht man in ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Skifahren kann man am Mölltaler Gletscher mit 36 Pistenkilometern (auch mit Funpark) von Oktober bis Mitte Mai. Das ebenfalls bekannte Skigebiet Ankogel/Mallnitz bietet knapp 13 Pistenkilometern. De panoramische ligging hoog boven het dal biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de omliggende bergketen van de Reißeckgruppe. Het chalet is te bereiken via een brede geasfalteerde weg, de laatste 3 km gaan over een zeer goede bosweg. Het chalet beschikt over een grote woon-/eetkeuken met houtkachel en zithoek, 2 ruime slaapkamers met elk een tweepersoonsbed en stapelbed, een moderne badkamer, barbecuehut en een terras met tuinmeubelen. Er wordt gekookt op een houtkachel en ook het warme water wordt verwarmd met hout (het hout wordt gratis ter beschikking gesteld). Er is ook een gasfornuis beschikbaar. Elektriciteit wordt direct ter plaatse afgerekend (muntmeter). U kunt een ontspannen vakantie verwachten met veel comfort en een echt alpengevoel! Het gebied herbergt prachtige wandelpaden, een verscheidenheid aan sportieve activiteiten en een indrukwekkende flora en fauna. In de zomer bieden het openbare zwembad in Obervellach en het zwemmeer Greifenburg veel zwemplezier en ook de beroemde Millstätter See is met de auto in ongeveer 30 minuten te bereiken. Ten wolnostojący, rustykalny domek dla maksymalnie 8 osób położony jest w Obervellach, po słonecznej stronie Mölltal w Karyntii, na wysokości 1350 metrów nad poziomem morza, na świeżym powietrzu.
