Jede Wohnung hat eine eigene Heizung und ist mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Die baita verfügt über Parkplätze und ein Grill, Grill draußen. Il ya aussi une zone avec un sauna, un bain turc et un espace détente. Le spa est partagé avec trois appartements. La zona salute è in condivisione con i quattro appartamenti, ognuno dei tre appartamenti può disporre della zona per 2 ore, nel suo ingresso è presente un foglio dove scrivere il proprio nome in corrispondenza dell'orario scelto.
