La maison est très bien, beaucoup de lumière et de belles vues, entièrement équipée, la plage est une plage de galets et situé à une courte distance du port de stockage de marbre du coup pas un endroit très accueillant. Devant la maison au bord de l'eau on voit les voisins avec leur canne a peche et à une courte distance en voiture ou en vélo, vous pouvez trouver toutes les plaisir d'un village touristique, mais l'endroit ou se trouve la maison elle-même est assez simple. Pour les clients arrivant en voiture, il est possible de se garer gratuitement dans la rue en face de la maison ou dans le garage contre paiement et sur demande.

La spiaggia davanti è scogliera, e vicino ai cavi di marmi. Davanti alla casa i vicini si mettono a pescare e a poca distanza si trova l'atmosfera turistica accogliente. Tuttavia nella vicinanza diretta della casa tutto è molto semplice, non c'è tanto da fare. Per gli ospiti che arrivano in macchina è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente in strada di fronte alla casa oppure nel posto auto in garage a pagamento e su richiesta.
