Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich auf einem Bauernhof in einem kleinen Dorf auf dem Land in Canossa zwischen den Hügeln und Bergen von Lunigiana, umgeben von Kastanienbäumen, Eichen und Olivenbäumen. Das Dorf geht auf das 14. Jahrhundert zurück. Das Dörfchen besteht aus einem alten Landhaus, Quartieren der 'Landarbeiter', Scheunen, Ställen und 'Trocknungshäuser', in denen Kastanien getrocknet wurden; hier bringen wir auch die Touristen unter. Zur Entspannung dürfen unsere Gäste die Gemeinschaftsräume und die das Haus umgebenden Gärten nutzen. Der Bauernhof produziert Gemüse, Früchte, Honig und hat 500 Olivenbäume erworben, die in ein paar Jahren biologisches Olivenöl produzieren werden. Außerdem züchten wir freundliche Amiatas Esel, mit denen die Kinder spielen können. Auf dem Bauernhof gibt es einen kleinen Laden mit typischen regionalen Produkten.
L'appartement se trouve dans une ferme, située dans un petit village dont les origines remontent au 14ème siècle, dans la campagne de Canossa, au milieu des collines et des montagnes de Lunigiana, entourée de forêts de châtaigniers, de chênes et d'oliviers. Le hameau se compose d'une ancienne maison de campagne, d'habitations paysanes, de granges, d'étables et de «séchoirs à châtaignes» dans lesquel les châtaignes étaient séchées. C'est là que nous accueillons les touristes. Vous avez accès aux chambres et aux jardins qui entourent la maison pour votre confort. La ferme produit des légumes, des fruits, du miel et a acquis un nouveau lot de 500 oliviers qui, dans quelques années, produira de l'huile d'olive biologique. Outre cela, nous élevons de sympatiques ânes de l'Amiata avec lesquels les enfants peuvent jouer. Dans l'enceinte même de la ferme, il y a un petit magasin de produits typiques régionaux.
L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un azienda agricola, situata in un piccolo borgo le cui origini risalgono al 1300, situato nel paesino di Canossa, tra le colline e le montagne della Lunigiana, circondato da boschi di castagno, quercia e oliveti. Il borgo e' costituito dall'antica casa padronale, dalle abitazioni dei contadini, fienili, stalle e gradili (locali dove venivano essiccate le castagne), in cui si offre ospitalita' ai turisti. Gli ospiti possono utilizzare le sale comuni per il relax ed i giardini che circondano la struttura. L'azienda produce ortaggi, frutta, miele ed ha effettauto un nuovo impianto di 500 olivi che tra pochi anni produrranno olio biologico. Inoltre alleva i simpatici asini amiatini con cui i bambini possono fare amicizia. In azienda è presente un piccolo negozio con prodotti tipici di zona.
Dit appartement is onderdeel van een boerderij in een klein dorpje, waarvan de oorsprong teruggaat tot de 14e eeuw, op het platteland van Canossa, tussen de heuvels en bergen van Lunigiana en omringd door bossen met kastanjebomen, eiken en olijfbomen. Het gehucht bestaat uit een oud landhuis, een boerenverblijf, schuren, stallen en 'drooghuizen', waar kastanjes werden gedroogd; hier ontvangen we nu toeristen. Ter ontspanning mogen gasten gebruik maken van de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en de tuinen rondom het huis. De boerderij produceert groente, fruit en honing, en onlangs zijn daar 500 olijfbomen bijgekomen die over een paar jaar biologische olijfolie zullen opleveren. Daarnaast worden er vriendelijke Amiata ezels grootgebracht waar kinderen mee kunnen spelen. In de boerderij is een winkeltje met typische streekproducten.
