THE UNIQUE STORY, AS TOLD BY THE HOMEOWNER The owner is an atypical person in her personality, her tastes and her vision of the world. This is reflected in the choice of properties. She is a person fascinated by going back to basics and nature as well as well-being. Taking advantage of her large garden, she started almost 20 years ago by setting up a cottage near her house. Afterwards, she was able to buy her first caravan (and six more since), which she also put on her land, but this time on the opposite side of her house, towards the stream below. Following a meeting with a Mongolian couple working in import-export, she had the opportunity to buy an authentic Mongolian yurt and some of the furniture inside. Naturally, she set up this new “light accommodation” on her land, and more precisely, between the chalet and the trailers. The space is large, so all the dwellings are on the same plot without being on top of each other. Also, the fact that the yurt is located on the owner's land provides a very safe environment for the tenants, while remaining a very private, unoverlooked place, thanks to the many trees on the plot. The owner has not installed Wi-Fi in the yurt to allow the tenants to recharge their batteries without giving in to the temptation of connectivity, so she has made books and board games available for the days when the tenants are unfortunately unable to enjoy the outdoors due to the weather. The homeowner really wants to share and to show her tenants another way of life. She really likes the idea of being able to offer them a moment "out of time", back to their roots. LA HISTORIA ÚNICA, CONTADA POR EL PROPIETARIO La propietaria es una persona atípica en su personalidad, sus gustos y su visión del mundo. Esto se refleja en su elección de propiedades. Aprovechando su gran jardín, empezó hace casi 20 años construyendo una casa de campo cerca de su casa. Entonces pudo comprar su primera caravana (y otras seis desde entonces), que también instaló en su terreno, pero esta vez frente a su casa, hacia el arroyo de abajo. Tras un encuentro con una pareja mongola que trabaja en el negocio de la importación-exportación, tuvo la oportunidad de comprar una auténtica yurta mongola y algunos de sus muebles. Naturalmente, instaló esta nueva "vivienda improvisada" en su terreno, más concretamente, entre el chalet y los remolques. El espacio es amplio, de modo que todas las viviendas están en la misma parcela sin superponerse. Además, el hecho de que la yurta esté situada en el terreno del propietario proporciona un entorno muy seguro para los inquilinos, sin dejar de ser un lugar muy privado, sin vis-à-vis, gracias a los numerosos árboles de la parcela. UNA STORIA UNICA, RACCONTATA DAL PROPRIETARIO La proprietaria è davvero particolare nella sua personalità gusti e visione del mondo. Questo si riflette nella scelta delle proprietà. È una persona affascinata dal ritorno alle origini e alla natura, così come al benessere. Approfittando del suo ampio giardino, ha cominciato circa 20 anni fa creando una casetta rustica vicino a casa sua. Dopo è riuscita a comprare la sua prima roulotte (e altre 6, da allora), che ha messo nella sua proprietà, ma stavolta nel lato opposto rispetto alla sua casa, verso il torrente più in basso. Poi ha avuto un incontro con una coppia mongola che lavorava nel settore import-export, e ha avuto la possibilità di comprare un’autentica yurta mongola e un po’ di arredamento per l’interno. Naturalmente lei ha posizionato questo “alloggio light” nella sua proprietà, e più precisamente tra lo chalet e le roulotte. Lo spazio è ampio, e così tutte le dimore sono nello stesso terreno senza pestarsi i piedi. Inoltre, il fatto che la yurta sia nel terreno della proprietaria garantisce un ambiente sicuro per gli inquilini, ma allo stesso tempo molto privato e curato, grazie ai molti alberi. C'est une personne fascinée par le retour aux sources et à la nature ainsi que par le bien-être. Profitant de son grand jardin, elle a commencé il y a près de 20 ans par aménager un chalet près de sa maison. Par la suite, elle a pu acheter sa première caravane (et six autres depuis), qu'elle a également installée sur son terrain, mais cette fois-ci à l'opposé de sa maison, vers le ruisseau en contrebas. Suite à une rencontre avec un couple de Mongols travaillant dans l'import-export, elle a eu l'opportunité d'acheter une authentique yourte mongole et une partie du mobilier qui s'y trouve. Tout naturellement, elle a installé ce nouveau "logement de fortune" sur son terrain, et plus précisément, entre le chalet et les roulottes. L'espace est vaste, de sorte que toutes les habitations se trouvent sur la même parcelle sans être superposées. De plus, le fait que la yourte soit située sur le terrain de la propriétaire offre un environnement très sécurisant pour les locataires, tout en restant un lieu très privé, sans vis-à-vis, grâce aux nombreux arbres présents sur la parcelle. La propriétaire n'a pas installé le Wi-Fi dans la yourte pour permettre aux locataires de se ressourcer sans céder à la tentation de la connexion, elle a donc mis à disposition des livres et des jeux de société pour les cas où les locataires ne peuvent malheureusement pas profiter de l'extérieur à cause de la météo. Dit komt prachtig naar voren in haar keuze voor deze accommodatie. De eigenares van deze unieke vakantiewoning is zeer gefascineerd door natuur en welzijn. Profiterend van haar grote tuin, begon zij ongeveer 20 jaar geleden met het inrichten van een huisje bij haar eigen woning. Dankzij een buitenkansje kon ze haar eerste caravan kopen, die ze ook op haar grond zette, maar deze keer aan de andere kant van haar huis, in de richting van de beek beneden. Na een ontmoeting met een Mongools echtpaar dat in de import-export werkzaam was, kreeg zij de gelegenheid om een authentieke Mongoolse yurt en een deel van het bijbehorende meubilair te kopen. Uiteraard heeft zij deze nieuwe "lichte accommodatie" op haar terrein ingericht, tussen het chalet en de woonwagens. De grote hoeveelheid ruimte biedt de mogelijkheid om alle woningen op hetzelfde perceel te vestigen, zonder dat ze te dicht bij elkaar staan. Het feit dat de caravans op het terrein van de eigenaresse staan, biedt gasten een zeer veilige omgeving met veel privacy. De eigenares heeft geen WiFi geïnstalleerd in de yurt zodat gasten hun batterijen optimaal kunnen opladen zonder toe te geven aan de verleiding van het internet. Dies zeigt sich auch in der Wahl dieser außergewöhnlichen Unterkunft. Sie ist eine Person, die von der Rückbesinnung auf das Wesentliche, von der Natur und dem Wohlbefinden fasziniert ist. Die Eigentümerin nutzte ihren großen Garten und begann vor etwa 20 Jahren, ein Cottage neben ihrem eigenen Haus zu errichten. Dank eines Glücksfalls konnte sie dann ihren ersten Wohnwagen kaufen, den sie ebenfalls auf ihrem Grundstück aufstellte, diesmal aber auf der anderen Seite ihres Hauses Richtung Bach. Nachdem sie ein mongolisches Ehepaar kennengelernt hatte, das im Import-Export-Geschäft tätig war, bot sich der Eigentümerin die Möglichkeit, eine echte mongolische Jurte und einen Teil der dazugehörigen Möbel zu kaufen. Natürlich stellte sie auch diese neue "leichte Unterkunft" auf ihrem Grundstück zwischen dem Cottage und dem Wohnwagen auf. Das große Platzangebot macht es möglich, alle Unterkünfte auf demselben Grundstück zu platzieren, ohne dass sie jedoch zu nahe beieinander liegen. Die Tatsache, dass die Jurte auf dem Grundstück der Eigentümerin steht, bietet den Gästen eine sehr sichere Umgebung mit viel Privatsphäre.
