Das Haus ist idyllisch und ruhig im Hunsrück in einem Seitental der Dhron gelegen. Die Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Eingang und Terrasse liegt an einem kleinen Bach in der Nähe des Erbeskopfes. Ein Parkplatz sowie eine Abstellmöglichkeit für eigene Fahrräder ist vorhanden. Sie finden hier Gelegenheiten zum Wandern, Radfahren oder für Ausflüge an die Mosel (15 Autominuten), zum Erbeskopf, nach Idar-Oberstein (35 km) und nach Trier, der ältesten Stadt Deutschlands (30 Autominuten). Dieses Ferienhaus ist mit einem Award ausgezeichnet: dritte Plazierung Belvillas Bestes (2014), zweite Plazierung Belvillas Bestes (2013).

Dit landelijk gelegen appartement ligt in de rustige Hunsrück, in een zijdal van de "Dhron". Het huis beschikt over twee slaapkamers, waarvan de ene met een tweepersoonsbed en de andere met een eenpersoonsbed. Op aanvraag is ook een kinderbed beschikbaar. Het huis is ideaal voor een klein gezin met één of twee kinderen. Het appartement is gezellig ingericht en beschikt over een terras.
Przyjemnie urządzone mieszkanie wakacyjne w "passiefhuis", jest idyllicznie i spokojnie położone w Hunsrück, w dolinie "Dhron". Dom ten nie posiada ogrzewania, ale kontrolowaną wentylację. Mieszkanie wakacyjne, z własnym wejściem i tarasem znajduje się przy małym strumieniu w pobliżu "Erbeskopf" (816m). Przy domu jest możliwość parkowania jak też przechowywania rowerów. Rowery można też wypożyczyć u właściciela. W otoczeniu jest wiele możliwości na spacery, rowery czy dzienne wycieczki do Moezel (15min. samochodem), Erbeskopf, Idar-Oberstein (35km) i Trier (30 samochodem).
