On a sloping plot you will find this cottage leafily nestled among the trees next to the shore with a lovely wooden deck and a calming view of the sea. The cottage has an open and social layout where the living room and a small kitchen meet in a bright and pleasant environment with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and sofa bed in the living room. Small bathroom with Cinderella incineration toilet. An additional bed is available in a separate small guest cottage, ideal for those who want a little privacy, located a little further away by the jetty. Wooden deck right next to the lapping of the water, a perfect place for morning coffee or long summer evenings. As a guest you also have access to a shared beach and jetty that is shared with the owner - perfect for swimming and relaxing by the sea. If you want to take a trip with the Canadian, you are more than welcome to do so, life jackets are available to rent from the owner on site. The owner has his summer house a little higher up on the property. Pets may be okay to bring on request. Here you live in the middle of Roslagen's magical nature, while services, restaurants and shops in central Åkersberga are only a short drive away. Es verfügt über eine hübsche Holzterrasse und einen beruhigenden Blick aufs Meer. Das Ferienhaus besticht durch seinen offenen und geselligen Grundriss. Wohnzimmer und kleine Küche bilden eine helle und freundliche Atmosphäre mit Meerblick. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem praktischen Etagenbett ausgestattet und im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Schlafcouch. Zusätzliche Betten stehen in einem separaten kleinen Gästehaus (Annex) mit Doppelbett zur Verfügung – ideal für alle, die etwas Privatsphäre wünschen. Dieses Gästehaus liegt etwas weiter entfernt am Steg. Die Holzterrasse direkt am sanft plätschernden Wasser ist der perfekte Ort für den Morgenkaffee oder lange Sommerabende. Als Gast haben Sie außerdem Zugang zu einem Gemeinschaftsstrand und einem Steg, den Sie mit dem Eigentümer teilen – perfekt zum Schwimmen und Entspannen am Meer.
