The apartment features an open-plan living/dining area, two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200 cm and 160x200 cm), a hallway, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. The holiday home is situated in a quiet and idyllic location on the edge of the village, with unobstructed views from the terrace of the Moselle River, its vineyards, and the castle. To ensure you can sleep in, all windows are equipped with electric shutters. A free parking space with direct access to the apartment is also available. A laundry room with washing machines and dryers is located in the basement.

Für entspannte Ferien bieten wir unsere kompfortabl und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung (75 qm) mit großer Sonnenterrasse für 2-4 Personen an. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über ein offenen Wohn/Essbereich, 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett (180x200 cm) und (160x200 cm), sowie über eine Diele und ein Badezimmer mit bodengleicher Dusche und Badewanne. Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig und idyllisch am Dorfrand mit freier Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Mosel mit ihren Weinbergen und die Burg. Damit Sie auch mal lange ausschlafen können, sind alle Fenster mit elektrischen Rollläden versehen. Weiterhin steht Ihnen ein gebührenfreier Pkw- Stellplatz mit direktem Zugang zu der Wohnung bereit. Ein Wasch- und Trockenraum befindet sich im Kellerbereich
Para unas vacaciones relajantes, le ofrecemos nuestro cómodo y moderno apartamento vacacional (75 m²) con una amplia terraza para 2-4 personas. El apartamento cuenta con un salón-comedor diáfano, dos dormitorios, cada uno con una cama doble (180x200 cm y 160x200 cm), un recibidor y un baño con ducha a ras de suelo y bañera. La casa de vacaciones está situada en un entorno tranquilo e idílico a las afueras del pueblo, con vistas panorámicas desde la terraza al río Mosela, sus viñedos y el castillo. Para que pueda dormir hasta tarde, todas las ventanas están equipadas con persianas eléctricas. También dispone de una plaza de aparcamiento gratuita con acceso directo al apartamento. En el sótano encontrará una lavandería con lavadoras y secadoras.

L'appartement comprend un séjour/salle à manger ouvert, deux chambres avec chacune un lit double (180x200 cm et 160x200 cm), un couloir et une salle de bains avec douche à l'italienne et baignoire. La maison de vacances est située dans un cadre paisible et idyllique en bordure du village, offrant une vue imprenable sur la Moselle, ses vignobles et le château depuis la terrasse. Pour vous permettre de faire la grasse matinée, toutes les fenêtres sont équipées de volets roulants électriques. Une place de parking gratuite avec accès direct à l'appartement est également à votre disposition. Une buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge se trouve au sous-sol.

La casa vacanze si trova in una posizione tranquilla e idilliaca ai margini del paese, con vista libera dalla terrazza sul fiume Mosella, sui suoi vigneti e sul castello.
