This beautiful and unique house was built in 2022 and, in addition to its superb location, is bright and stylishly furnished with, among other things, an indoor spa and sauna, as well as an activity room with table football and PlayStation for children and the young at heart.The cozy living room is combined with a modern kitchen, which includes induction hobs, a separate oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, 100-139 l freezer, and coffee machine. The window facade provides beautiful daylight to the living room and dining table. The living room has a TV with Chromecast, Bluetooth, and wireless internet.There are four bedrooms, all with double beds, as well as a loft with two mattresses. The two bathrooms in the cottage have a toilet, sink, and shower, and one also has a spa and sauna, which is perfect for a little relaxation. The cottage is heated by an air-to-air heat pump and radiator.The cottage is located on a beautiful 1200 m2 natural plot, so there is plenty of space for play and games. There are two soccer goals and a small playhouse for younger guests. On the east/north/west-facing wooden terrace, there is a toilet and an outdoor shower, which is perfect if you need to rinse off after a trip to the beach.Enjoy the sun on the terrace in the garden furniture or in the sun loungers, and when evening approaches, you can extend the evening's cosiness under the partially covered terrace while conjuring up a delicious meal on the gas grill.
