Set in a beautiful hilly landscape. Small characteristic stone cottage, which lies, in the ancient hamlet of San Gennaro. The house disposes of an independent entrance and a private completely fenced garden. Stunning views onto the surroundings hills. The garden is equipped with a table, chairs, deckchairs, barbeque and shower. There is also a swimming pool (set on earth) perfect for children. Entrance on the ground floor: spacious living room with 1 sofa bed, TV, 2 armchairs, fire-place, living cum dining with stove, oven, small electric oven, fridge/freezer, dining table, exit onto the garden, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin. 1st floor: 1 spacious double bedroom with 1 additional single bed, big characteristic window, panoramic views onto the surrounding hills. Furnishings in country style, beamed ceilings, partially visible stonewalls, air-conditioning. In order to water the plants and to clean the pool the owner needs to access the garden within the house (there is no external access to the garden/pool area); this happens usually every 2nd day, at about 18:00h. Obviously, guests may make other arrangements with the owner if the timing is not convenient for them.

In einer sehr schönen Hügella. Kleines charakteristisches Steinhaus, befindet sich im antiken Weiler von San Gennaro. Das Haus hat einen unabhängigen Eingang und privaten Garten, komplett eingezäunt. Wunderbare Aussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel. Der Garten ist mit einem Sonnenschirm, Tisch, Stühlen und Liegestühlen, Grill und Dusche ausgestattet. Ebenfalls hat es ein aufgestelltes Schwimmbad, welches perfekt für Kinder ist. Eingang im Erdgeschoss: grosses Wohnzimmer mit 1 Sofa, TV, 2 Sessel, Kamin, Wohnküche mit Herd, Ofen, kleiner elektrischer Ofen, Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Esstisch, Ausgang in den Garten, 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, Bidet, Waschbecken. Im 1. Stock: 1 grosses Doppelbettzimmer mit 1 Zusatzbett, grosses charakteristisches Fenster, Panoramaaussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel. Möblierung im Landhausstil, Deckenbalken und z.T. Sichtmauerwerk. Klimaanlage. W-Lan inklusiv. Um den Garten zu wässern und das Schwimmbad zu reinigen, muss der Besitzer durch das Haus den Garten betreten (es gibt keinen externen Zugang), im Allgemeinen jeden 2. Tag, um ca. 18:00h. Die Gäste können sich jedoch auch mit dem Besitzer absprechen, falls Sie andere Zeiten betr. Reinigung wünschen.
Jolie maison en pierre avec petite piscine privée hors du terrain (ronde, 3,6m de diamètre, profondeur 90 cm) Située sur les collines entre Lucca et Firenze, dans l’antique bourg médiéval de San Gennaro, une zone collinaire très belle et très tranquille. Petite maison caractéristique située dans le bourg antique et médiéval de San Gennaro. Elle a une entrée indépendante et un jardin privé complétement clôturé avec une très belle vue sur les collines qui l’entourent. Il y a un parasol, une table, des chaises, des chaises longues et une piscine, parfaite pour les enfants, hors du terrain, douche externe et barbecue. Un petit coin où trouver une atmosphère de tranquillité et relax : La maison se compose de : entrée dans un grand salon avec divan, deux fauteuils, feu ouvert, cuisine/salle à manger avec fourneaux, four électrique, frigo/freezer, table, sortie sur le jardin, une salle de bains avec douche, wc, bidet, lavabo. Au premier étage : chambre avec grand lit plus un lit pour une personne et une grande fenêtre très caractéristique « a mandolata » très belle vue sur les collines. La maison est meublée en style rustique avec poutres et briques aux plafonds et certaines parois sont en pierre. Climatisation. Le propriétaire passera par la maison pour aller arroser les plantes et nettoyer la piscine (on ne peut pas accéder au jardin et à la piscine par l’extérieur) généralement tous les 2 jours vers 18 heures. Il pourra évidemment se mettre d’accord avec les hôtes sur l’horaire qui leur convient le mieux pour effectuer ces tâches.
Graziosa casa in pietra con piccola piscina privata fuori terra (circolare 3,6 m diametro profonda 90 cm), situata sulle colline tra Lucca e Firenze, nell’antico borgo medioevale di San Gennaro, in una zona collinare molto bella e tranquilla. Situata all’interno dell’antico borgo medioevale di San Gennaro dispone di ingresso indipendente e di un giardino privato completamente recintato con una bellissima vista sulle colline circostanti e dotato di ombrellone, tavolo, sedeie, sdraio e di una piscina perfetta per bambini, doccia esterna e barbecue. Un piccolo angolo dove trovare atmosfera, tranquillità e relax: La casa si compone di: ingresso nel grande soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, due poltrone, caminetto, cucina/tinello con fornelli, forno, piccolo forno elettrico, frigo/freezer, tavolo da pranzo, uscita sul giardino, 1 bagno con doccia, wc, bidet, lavandino. Al primo piano: grande camera matrimoniale con 1 letto singolo aggiunto e una grande finestra molto caratteristica “a mandolata”, vista bellissima sulle colline. La casa è arredata in stile rustico con soffitti a travi e mezzane e alcune pareti in pietra. Aria condizionata. Per annaffiare il giardino e pulire la piscina il proprietario potrà accedere, passando dall’abitazione, al giardino (non c’è accesso esterno al giardino e alla piscina) generalmente ogni 2 giorni intorno alle 18. Potrà chiaramente concordare con gli ospiti l’orario che preferiscono per svolgere questa manutenzione
Leuk vakantiehuisje met privézwembad (opzet, doorsnee 3,6m, diepte 90 cm), gelegen in de heuvels tussen Lucca en Florence, in het hart van het middeleeuwse plaatsje San Gennaro. Prachtige ligging! Knus, stenen vakantiehuisje in het historische plaatsje San Gennaro. De woning is voorzien van een eigen ingang en een volledig omheinde privétuin. Geniet van het adembenemende uitzicht op het mooie heuvellandschap. In de tuin vindt u een tafel, stoelen, ligstoelen, een barbecue en een douche. Er is ook een (opzet)zwembad - perfect voor kinderen. Binnen vindt u op de begane grond: een ruime woonkamer met een slaapbank, tv, 2 gemakkelijke stoelen en een open haard, keuken met fornuis, oven, koel-vriescombinatie, eettafel en een deur naar de tuin, badkamer met douche, wc, bidet en wastafel. Boven is een ruime tweepersoonsslaapkamer met een extra eenpersoonsbed en een mooi groot raam dat panoramisch uitzicht op de omgeving biedt. Het huisje is ingericht in landelijke stijl, met mooie houten balken en gedeeltelijk zichtbare stenen muren, en voorzien van airconditioning. De eigenaar komt om de andere dag rond 18.00 even via het huisje om de planten in de tuin water te geven en het zwembad schoon te maken (er is namelijk geen toegang tot de tuin/het zwembad buitenom). Als gasten dit niet goed uitkomt, kunnen ze uiteraard ook iets anders afspreken met de eigenaar.
