“Alla Collina del Sole” is a comfortable part of a house set in a sunny and scenic position on the hills north of Lucca within the small village of Ciciana. Situated within a lovely landscape cut into smooth hills, with vineyards and olive groves, the holiday home provides a pleasant and relaxing place to spend your holidays. An external area equipped with a table and chairs, a well cared terraced garden and a pool (above the ground, octagonal shape, made of wood 5x4 m, depth 1,40m) provide a further attraction for those who like to be outdoors and get the most out of long summer days. The surroundings of the house have a lot to offer to visitors who visit for the first time this region: quaint, little hamlets, historic villas with magnificent parks, delicious restaurants and the wine route which winds on the hills all around Montecarlo, the wine area of Lucca. Some of the most famous Tuscan towns such as nearby Lucca, Pisa and Florence are an ideal destination for a day trip. The coast with its famous seaside resorts such as Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi is likewise easy to reach by car. The house is for the sole use of the guests: the 1st floor is inhabited and remains closed whereas two rooms on the ground floor are for the use of the owners and therefore not accessible to the guests. The house is built on terraced grounds, the entrance is on the 1st floor. The interiors consist of: hallway, living room with 1 double sofa-bed, 2 armchairs, window with wonderful views onto the valley, 1 double bedroom (beds may be divided), 1 double bedroom, kitchen/dining room with stove/oven, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, iron and ironing board, dining table. A couple of steps lower: 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower, wc and bidet. The outside of the house consist of a patio equipped with a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a terraced garden. From the house level some steps lead to the terrace below where guests have at their disposal a swimming pool. Parking space at roughly 30 m from the house along the road. Stock befindet (ist praktisch wie Erdgeschoss, da das Haus über Hanglage verfügt). Das obere Stockwerk ist unbewohnt und geschlossen. Das Ferienobjekt liegt an einer sonnigen und paradiesischen Lage, auf den Hügeln nördlich von Lucca, im kleinen Dorf Ciciana. Die Landschaft zeichnet sich durch weiche Hügelzüge, mit Rebbergen und Olivenbäumen aus. Eine wunderschöne Oase für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Weitere Attraktion sind der Außenbereich, ausgestattet mit Tisch und Stühlen, ein gepflegter terrassierter Garten und das Schwimmbad (oberhalb der Erde, achteckig, aus Holz, 5x4m, tief: 1.40m), welche Ihnen das Leben im Freien angenehm machen. Die Umgebung bietet den Besuchern, die das erste Mal in der Gegend sind, sehr viel: charmante kleine Weiler, historische Villen mit traumhaften Parks, deliziöse Restaurants und die Weinroute, welche sich auf den Hügeln, um Montecarlo und Lucca windet. Viele bekannte toskanische Städte wie Pisa oder Florenz sind in einem Halb- oder Tagestrip zu entdecken; die Stadt Lucca liegt ganz in der Nähe. Die Küste mit ihren berühmten Bädern in Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore und Forte dei Marmi kann schnell und einfach mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Den Gästen steht das Haus exklusiv zu Verfügung, lediglich 2 Räume im Erdgeschoss sind abgeschlossen und das oberste Stockwerk. Das Haus ist auf einem terrassierten Terrain gebaut. Eingang im 1. Stock (ebenerdig): Flur, Wohnzimmer mit 1 Doppelbettsofa, 2 Sessel, Fenster mit traumhafter Aussicht auf das Tal. 1 Doppelbettzimmer (Betten können getrennt werden), 1 Doppelbettzimmer, Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, Esstisch. Ein paar Stufen tiefer: 1 Badezimmer mit Wanne/Dusche, WC und Bidet. Parkmöglichkeit ca. 30 m vom Haus, der Strasse entlang.Bei Ankunft werden die Gäste einen Willkommen-Korb und Basis-Nahrungsmittel bekommen. Alla Collina del Sole è una confortevole parte di una casa ubicata nel piccolo paese di Ciciana, sulle colline a nord-est di Lucca in posizione panoramica e soleggiata. Circondata da un incantevole paesaggio fatto di dolci pendii, vigneti e oliveti la casa offre ai suoi ospiti un luogo piacevole e rilassante dove trascorrere le vacanze. Uno spazio esterno attrezzato con tavolo e sedie, un bel giardino (a piani) curato e la piscina fuori terra (ottagonale in legno, 5x 4 profondità 1,40m) offrono un ulteriore attrattiva per chi ama stare all’aria aperta e trascorrere le lunghe giornate estive. I dintorni della casa hanno molto da offrire a chi visita per la prima volta questa zona: piccoli borghi arroccati sulle colline, ville storiche con fastosi giardini, deliziosi ristoranti e la strada del vino che si snoda lungo le colline fino a Montecarlo. Alcune delle più famose città d’arte della Toscana, quali la vicina Lucca, Pisa e Firenze, costituiscono una meta piacevole per una gita dalla mattina alla sera. La costa della Versilia con le rinomate località di Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore e Forte dei Marmi è facilmente raggiungibile in 40 minuti d’auto. La casa è completamente a disposizione degli ospiti, il 2° piano non è abitato e rimane chiuso mentre al pt (livello del giardino, sottostante la casa vacanza si trovano due stanze che sono riservate al proprietario e restano chiuse). Ingresso al 1° piano, (Pt livello del terreno) si compone di: ingresso, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, due poltrone, bellissima vista sulla valle, 1 camera matrimoniale con letto divisibile, 1 camera matrimoniale, cucina/tinello con fornelli/forno, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno a microonde (tavola da stiro e ferro), tavolo da pranzo, scendendo alcuni scalini si accede ad 1 bagno con vasca/doccia, wc, bidet. Spazio esterno attrezzato con tavolo e sedie per mangiare fuori. Dal livello della casa si scendono alcuni gradini e si accede alla piana dove si trova la piscina.
