We renovated the holiday home Annis Haus am See with a lot of love and made it comfortable. Whether with the family, as a couple or alone, whether in sunshine or rain, you can always feel comfortable here and unwind with a view of the lake. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, bedroom, a small hallway with a cloakroom, kitchen and the cozy living and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with all the important basics. In the summer months, the large garden terrace invites you to have breakfast with a view of the lake. When the temperatures are colder, you can also have a cozy breakfast in the bright dining room in the morning sun with a view of the lake. The living room is equipped with several comfortable seats, cozy blankets, a small selection of books and magazines, a television and a portable sound box. The bedroom has a 1.80m wide bed and a spacious wardrobe. In a separate small hallway, a ladder staircase leads up to the converted loft, where there is an additional bedroom with a 1.40m wide bed and a fold-out sofa bed. Especially in the summer months you can use the spacious terrace with a high-quality charcoal grill. In the morning you can enjoy the sunshine on the jetty with another terrace and from midday on the entire property. Sufficient shade can be ensured at all times using the electric awnings that cover the entire garden front of the holiday home. When the weather is clear, you can experience spectacular sunsets over the lake! A towel package (regular towel, shower towel and outdoor bath towel) and bed linen are available at an additional cost. A small washing machine and a dryer are available for individual use at any time. Several parking spaces are also available. The holiday home is designed for a maximum of four people. Das Ferienhaus Annis Haus am See haben wir mit sehr viel Liebe renoviert und gemütlich hergerichtet. Ob mit der Familie, als Paar oder alleine, ob bei Sonnenschein oder Regenwetter, hier kann man sich immer wohlfühlen und die Seele mit Blick auf den See baumeln lassen. Im Erdgeschoss finden sich Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer, ein kleiner Flur mit Garderobe, Küche und das gemütliche Wohn- und Esszimmer. Die Küche ist mit allen wichtigen Basics ausgestattet. In den Sommermonaten lädt die große Gartenterrasse zum Frühstück mit Seeblick ein. Bei kälteren Temperaturen lässt es sich auch im hellen Esszimmer bei Morgensonne gemütlich mit Blick auf den See frühstücken. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit mehreren bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten, Kuscheldecken, kleiner Buch- und Zeitschriftenauswahl, Fernseher und portabler Soundbox ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein 1,80m breites Bett und ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank. In einem seperaten kleinen Flur führt eine Leitertreppe hinauf in den ausgebauten Spitzboden, in dem sich noch ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,40m breiten Bett sowie einem ausklappbaren Schlaffuttonsessel befinden. Besonders in den Sommermonaten kann man die großzügige Terrasse mit hochwertigem Holzkohlegrill nutzen. Morgens kann man den Sonnenschein auf dem Steg mit weiterer Terrasse genießen und ab Mittag auf dem kompletten Grundstück. Für ausreichende Beschattung lässt sich jederzeit durch die elektrischen Markisen sorgen, die über die komplette Gartenfront des Ferienhauses gehen. Bei klarem Wetter lassen sich spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge über dem See erleben! Gegen Aufpreis sind ein Handtuchpaket (normales Handtuch, Duschhandtuch und Badehandtuch für den Außenbereich) und Bettwäsche zu erhalten. Eine kleine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen Ihnen jederzeit zur individuellen Nutzung zu Verfügung. Mehrere Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Ferienhaus ist maximal für vier Personen ausgelegt. Da wir Haustiere nur nach persönlicher Rücksprache gestatten, teilen Sie uns bei Ihrer Anfrage am besten gleich mit, wie groß und schwer Ihr fellbehaarter Begleiter ist :-)

Ya sea en familia, en pareja o solo, bajo el sol o la lluvia, aquí siempre podrá sentirse cómodo y relajarse con vistas al lago. En la planta baja hay un baño, un dormitorio, un pequeño pasillo con guardarropa, cocina y un acogedor salón comedor. La cocina está equipada con todos los elementos básicos importantes. En los meses de verano, la gran terraza jardín invita a desayunar con vistas al lago. Cuando las temperaturas sean más frías, también podrá tomar un acogedor desayuno en el luminoso comedor bajo el sol de la mañana con vistas al lago. El salón está equipado con varios asientos cómodos, mantas acogedoras, una pequeña selección de libros y revistas, un televisor y una caja de sonido portátil. El dormitorio tiene una cama de 1,80 m de ancho y un amplio armario. En un pequeño pasillo independiente, una escalera de mano conduce al loft reformado, donde se encuentra otro dormitorio con una cama de 1,40 m de ancho y un sofá cama plegable. Especialmente en los meses de verano podrá utilizar la amplia terraza con una parrilla de carbón de alta calidad. Abbiamo ristrutturato la casa vacanze Annis Haus am See con tanto amore e l'abbiamo resa confortevole. Il soggiorno è dotato di numerosi comodi posti a sedere, comode coperte, una piccola selezione di libri e riviste, un televisore e una cassa audio portatile. La camera da letto ha un letto largo 1,80 me un ampio armadio. Het vakantiehuis Annis Haus am See hebben wij met veel liefde gerenoveerd en comfortabel gemaakt. Of u nu met het gezin, met z'n tweeën of alleen bent, of het nu in de zon of in de regen is, u kunt zich hier altijd op uw gemak voelen en tot rust komen met uitzicht op het meer. Op de begane grond bevinden zich een badkamer, slaapkamer, een kleine hal met garderobe, keuken en de gezellige woon- en eetkamer. De keuken is voorzien van alle belangrijke basics. In de zomermaanden nodigt het grote tuinterras u uit om te ontbijten met uitzicht op het meer. Wanneer de temperaturen wat kouder zijn, kunt u ook gezellig ontbijten in de lichte eetkamer in de ochtendzon met uitzicht op het meer. De woonkamer is voorzien van diverse comfortabele stoelen, gezellige dekens, een kleine selectie boeken en tijdschriften, een televisie en een draagbare klankkast. De slaapkamer heeft een bed van 1,80m breed en een ruime kledingkast. In een aparte kleine hal leidt een laddertrap naar de verbouwde zolder, waar zich een extra slaapkamer bevindt met een bed van 1,40 m breed en een uitklapbare slaapbank. Vooral in de zomermaanden kunt u gebruik maken van het ruime terras met een hoogwaardige houtskoolgrill. 's Ochtends kunt u genieten van de zon op de steiger met nog een terras en vanaf de middag op het gehele terrein. Dankzij de elektrische zonneschermen die de gehele tuingevel van het vakantiehuis bedekken, kan er altijd voor voldoende schaduw gezorgd worden. Bij helder weer kunt u spectaculaire zonsondergangen over het meer ervaren! Czy to z rodziną, czy w parze, czy samotnie, czy w słońcu, czy w deszczu, zawsze można tu czuć się komfortowo i odpocząć z widokiem na jezioro. Na parterze znajduje się łazienka, sypialnia, niewielki przedpokój z garderobą, kuchnia oraz przytulny salon z jadalnią. Kuchnia wyposażona jest we wszystkie najważniejsze podstawowe sprzęty. W miesiącach letnich duży taras w ogrodzie zaprasza na śniadania z widokiem na jezioro. Gdy temperatura jest niższa, można zjeść przytulne śniadanie w jasnej jadalni w porannym słońcu z widokiem na jezioro. Salon wyposażony jest w kilka wygodnych foteli, przytulne koce, niewielki wybór książek i czasopism, telewizor oraz przenośny soundbox. W sypialni znajduje się łóżko o szerokości 1,80m oraz pojemna szafa. W oddzielnym, niewielkim korytarzu schody drabinowe prowadzą na zaadaptowany poddasze, gdzie znajduje się dodatkowa sypialnia z łóżkiem o szerokości 1,40 m i rozkładaną sofą.
