Also on the 1st floor there is a toilet with washing machine and dryer, as well as the spacious wellness area with Kneipp utensils and log cabin sauna. On the 2nd floor there are two gable room with double bed, sofa bed, as well as large -format window areas that allow the view over the roofs of the place.

Die um das Jahr 1854 erbaute Hofstelle wurde in den Jahren 2002-2014 umfassend energetisch saniert, wobei auf den Erhalt von Charme und Substanz einerseits, sowie die Verwendung ökologischer Baustoffe andererseits geachtet wurde. Vom eigenen Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe im EG führt die Treppe direkt in den offen gestalteten Wohnbereich mit Küche, Essplatz, TV-Ecke und Loggia. Ebenfalls im 1.OG befindet sich ein WC mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie der großzügige Wellnessbereich mit Kneipputensilien und Blockhaussauna. Im 2.OG befinden sich zwei Giebelzimmer mit Doppelbett, Schlafcouch, sowie großformatigen Fensterflächen, die den Blick über die Dächer des Ortes ermöglichen.Auch ein weiteres Bad mit Dusche und WC wurde hier eingerichtet
