Das Podere I Terzi ist unsere Casa Madre-unser Mutterhaus. Altehrwürdig beherbergt sie uns während der Olivenerntezeit und im Frühjahr zur Zeit des Bäume schneidens. Zwischen diesen intensiv genutzten Zeiten möchten wir das Podere I Terzi vermieten. Das Podere I Terzi liegt ausserhalb des Dorfes Chianni, es ist ein Haus, das in den Grundmauern zurück geht auf das frühe 18. Jahrhundert. Es ist ein Haus in dem Geschichte gelebt wurde, gearbeitet bis es in den 1960er -Jahre in einen Dornröschenschlaf geriet und erst 25 Jahre später wieder davon auferweckt und liebevoll restauriert wurde. 5 Zimmer, 2 grosszügige Wohnzimmer, 1 grosse Küche, ein Pizzahaus, ein Pool bietet Raum für Gemeinschaft, aber auch Raum für Individualisten.
