In einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf (wir hören nur die Vögel und das Rauschen des Wassers auf der Terrasse), wurde dieses ehemalige Gästehaus zu einem schönen Ferienhaus für 24 Personen umgebaut. Alles ist sehr originell und typisch für die Ardennen. Der Whirlpool und die Terrasse blicken auf einen schönen, von alten Mauern umgebenen Wasserabschnitt: eine einzigartige Umgebung zum Entspannen und Genießen eines guten Grillens ! Eine schöne große Sauna steht Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung und die Küche ist professionell. Die Unterkunft umfasst eigentlich zwei Ferienhäuser: Sie verfügen über 2 Wohnzimmer und 2 Esszimmer! Aber jeder kann sich in einem einzigen Esszimmer treffen und die Etagen kommunizieren. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist besonders eingerichtet und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Die Bettwäsche steht zu Ihrer Verfügung, keine Unordnung mit Bettwäsche ! Auf Wunsch kann der Eigentümer Ihr Frühstück zubereiten, das in einem anderen Raum serviert wird (siehe Fotos "Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen"), wo auch die Dekoration sehr erfolgreich ist. Ein Traumplatz, nur wenige Minuten von Bouillon und Vresse-sur-Semois entfernt ! Kein Überlaufen, keine Party wird geduldet, um die Ruhe der Nachbarn zu garantieren. Jede respektlose oder nächtliche Lärmbelästigung führt zur sofortigen Ausweisung.

Dans un petit village très calme (on n'entend que les oiseaux et le petit bruit de l'écoulement d'eau autour de la terrasse), cette ancienne maison d'hôtes a été aménagée en belle maison de vacances pour 24 personnes. Tout y est à la fois très original et très typiquement ardennais. Le jacuzzi et la terrasse surplombent une belle pièce d'eau, entourée de vieux murs : un environnement unique pour se détendre et profiter d'un bon barbecue ! Un beau grand sauna est également à votre disposition, et la cuisine est professionnelle. L'hébergement regroupe en réalité deux maisons de vacances : vous aurez donc 2 salons et 2 salles à manger ! Mais tout le monde peut se réunir dans une seule salle à manger, et les étages communiquent. Chaque chambre est décorée de façon particulière et a sa propre salle de bains ; pas besoin de s'encombrer de draps, ils seront à votre disposition à votre arrivée. Sur demande, le propriétaire peut vous préparer vos petits déjeuners, qui vous seront servis dans une autre pièce (voir les photos "facilités et services") à la décoration également très réussie. Un endroit de rêve, à quelques minutes de Bouillon et de Vresse-sur-Semois ! Aucun débordement, aucune fête ne sera tolérée et ce afin de garantir la quiétude des voisins. Tout non respect ou tapage nocturne signifiera une expulsion immédiate.

De accommodatie bestaat uit 2 vakantiehuizen: je beschikt over 2 woonkamers en 2 eetzalen. Wel kan iedereen elkaar ontmoeten in een eetkamer die de verdiepingen met elkaar verbindt. Het huis heeft 9 slaapkamers, met ieder een eigen badkamer. Het huis ligt op een paar minuten van Bouillon en Vresse-sur-Semois. Het bos ligt op 100 m afstand, waar je mooie wandelingen kunt maken. De centrums van Recrealle, Alle-sur-Semois en Rochehaut liggen allemaal op 3 km afstand. Het bubbelbad en het terras kijken uit op een prachtig stuk water. Een mooie, grote sauna staat ook tot je beschikking. Op aanvraag kan de eigenaar een ontbijt bereiden, dat in een andere kamer wordt geserveerd. Deze woning wordt vanwege de rust niet verhuurd aan jongerengroepen. Het organiseren van studentenfeesten, vrijgezellenfeesten en drinkpartijen in dit huis is verboden.
