In the Kate from 1860 it's time to arrive and slow down. The large and beautiful garden invites you to relax and play. With your morning coffee, step straight from the kitchen onto the terrace and into the garden, enjoy the wide view over the fields and pick a few cherries, apples or currants. The Kate combines the charm of an old farmhouse with Scandinavian chic. It's really hygge here. The bedroom leads off the hallway to the right and, turning left, you enter the light-flooded living, dining and kitchen area with fireplace. Above the living area is an alcove which is accessed via a wooden ladder. Upstairs, young and old can make themselves comfortable in a 160cmx220cm bunk with a mattress made of QX foam: a paradise for sleeping and dreaming. Cooking and baking is particularly fun in the open and very well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a comfortable 180cm wide bed and a sofa bed (140cmx200cm). A baby bed is also available upon request. The ground-level bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating and a towel dryer. The Kate also has another guest toilet.

In der Kate von 1860 heißt es ankommen und entschleunigen. Der große und wunderschöne Garten lädt zum Erholen und Spielen ein. Trete mit deinem Morgenkaffee direkt aus der Küche auf die Terasse und in den Garten, genieße dabei den weiten Blick über die Felder und pflück euch ein paar Kirschen, Äpfel oder Johannisbeeren. Die Kate verbindet den Charme eines alten Bauernhauses mit skandinavischem Schick. Hier ist es richtig hyggelig. Vom Flur geht rechts das Schlafzimmer ab und nach links gewandt betrittst du den lichtdurchfluteten Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich mit Kaminofen. Oberhalb des Wohnbereichs ist ein Alkoven, der über eine Holzleiter erreicht wird. Oben können es sich Kleine oder Große in einer 160cmx220cm großen Schlafkoje mit Matratze aus QX-Schaum gemütlich machen: Ein Paradies zum Schlafen und Träumen. In der offenen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche macht das Kochen und Backen besonderen Spaß. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein gemütliches 180cm breites Bett sowie über ein Schlafsofa (140cmx200cm). Auf Nachfrage ist auch ein Babybett vorhanden. Das ebenerdige Badezimmer ist mit einer Fußbodenheizung und einem Handtuchtrockner ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus verfügt die Kate über ein weiteres Gäste-WC.

Sopra la zona giorno si trova un'alcova alla quale si accede tramite una scala in legno. Al piano superiore, grandi e piccini possono mettersi comodi in un letto a castello di 160x220 cm con materasso in schiuma QX: un paradiso per dormire e sognare. Cucinare e cuocere al forno è particolarmente divertente nella cucina aperta e molto ben attrezzata. La camera da letto ha un comodo letto largo 180 cm e un divano letto (140 cm x 200 cm).
