The city villa from 1900 was renovated a few years ago and your apartment on the top floor was renovated in 2021 and equipped with new furniture. The apartment has a living/dining room with an open kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. There is comfortable space for 4 people plus a child in a travel cot (please bring a travel cot). The bunk bed is also suitable for adults due to its size and stability. You live on the end floor with a balcony facing south-west and plenty of sun. From here you can enjoy the view of the harbor, the odd cruise ship passing by and the sunset. You can reach the beach in about 250 meters at the end of the pedestrian zone. Willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung „Lust auf Laboe“!! Sie wohnen in einer geschmackvoll und modern eingerichteten Wohnung in guter Lage in Laboe. Die Stadtvilla von 1900 wurde vor ein paar Jahren saniert und Ihre Wohnung im Dachgeschoss in 2021 renoviert und mit neuem Mobiliar ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohn-/Esszimmer mit offener Küche, zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, und ein Wannenbad. Es ist bequem Platz für 4 Personen plus ein Kind im Reisebett (Reisebett bitte mitbringen). Das Etagenbett ist aufgrund seiner Größe und Stabilität auch für Erwachsene geeignet. Sie wohnen in der Endetage mit Balkon nach Süd-Westen und Sonne satt. Genießen Sie von hier aus den Blick auf den Hafen, das ein oder andere vorbeiziehende Kreuzfahrtschiff und den Sonnenuntergang. La villa urbana del año 1900 fue renovada hace unos años y su apartamento en el último piso fue renovado en 2021 y equipado con muebles nuevos. El apartamento dispone de salón-comedor con cocina abierta, dos dormitorios independientes y un baño. Hay espacio cómodo para 4 personas más un niño en una cuna de viaje (traiga una cuna de viaje). La litera también es adecuada para adultos debido a su tamaño y estabilidad. Vives en el último piso con un balcón orientado al suroeste y mucho sol. Desde aquí se puede disfrutar de la vista del puerto, del paso de algún que otro crucero y de la puesta de sol. La villa de ville de 1900 a été rénovée il y a quelques années et votre appartement au dernier étage a été rénové en 2021 et équipé de nouveaux meubles. L'appartement comprend un séjour/salle à manger avec une cuisine ouverte, deux chambres séparées et une salle de bain. Il y a un espace confortable pour 4 personnes plus un enfant dans un lit parapluie (veuillez apporter un lit parapluie). Le lit superposé convient également aux adultes en raison de sa taille et de sa stabilité. Vous habitez au dernier étage avec un balcon exposé sud-ouest et beaucoup de soleil. De là, vous pourrez profiter de la vue sur le port, sur les rares bateaux de croisière qui passent et sur le coucher du soleil. Benvenuti nel nostro appartamento per le vacanze “Fantasia Laboe”!! Vivi in un appartamento arredato con gusto e modernamente in una buona posizione a Laboe. La villa cittadina del 1900 è stata ristrutturata alcuni anni fa e il vostro appartamento all'ultimo piano è stato ristrutturato nel 2021 e dotato di nuovi mobili. L'appartamento è composto da soggiorno/sala da pranzo con cucina a vista, due camere da letto separate e un bagno. C'è spazio confortevole per 4 persone più un bambino in un lettino da viaggio (si prega di portare un lettino da viaggio). Il letto a castello è adatto anche agli adulti grazie alle sue dimensioni e stabilità. Abiti all'ultimo piano con un balcone esposto a sud-ovest e molto sole. Da qui si può godere della vista del porto, del passaggio di qualche nave da crociera e del tramonto. De stadsvilla uit 1900 is enkele jaren geleden gerenoveerd en uw appartement op de bovenste verdieping is in 2021 gerenoveerd en voorzien van nieuw meubilair. Het appartement beschikt over een woon-/eetkamer met open keuken, twee aparte slaapkamers en een badkamer. Er is comfortabele ruimte voor 4 personen plus een kind in een reiswieg (neem een reiswieg mee). Het stapelbed is door zijn formaat en stabiliteit ook geschikt voor volwassenen. Je woont op de kopse verdieping met een balkon op het zuidwesten en veel zon. Vanaf hier kunt u genieten van het uitzicht op de haven, het passerende cruiseschip en de zonsondergang. Zapraszamy do naszego apartamentu wakacyjnego „Fantazyjne Laboe”!! Mieszkasz w gustownie i nowocześnie urządzonym mieszkaniu w dobrej lokalizacji w Laboe. Willa miejska z 1900 roku została odnowiona kilka lat temu, a Twoje mieszkanie na ostatnim piętrze zostało odnowione w 2021 roku i wyposażone w nowe meble. Mieszkanie składa się z salonu/jadalni z otwartą kuchnią, dwóch oddzielnych sypialni oraz łazienki. Komfortowe miejsce dla 4 osób plus dziecko w łóżeczku turystycznym (prosimy zabrać ze sobą łóżeczko turystyczne). Łóżko piętrowe ze względu na swój rozmiar i stabilność nadaje się również dla dorosłych. Mieszkasz na ostatnim piętrze z balkonem wychodzącym na południowy zachód i dużą ilością słońca. Można stąd podziwiać widok na port, przepływający statek wycieczkowy i zachód słońca.
