Die bodentiefe Schiebetürenanlage am Esstisch zum Süden lässt sich nahezu komplett öffnen. Das 1500 qm große Südgrundstück in ruhiger Lage und mit Blick auf das Gunnebyer Noor bietet Natur und Erholung bei jeder Witterung. Otra característica especial es nuestro estudio de estar y dormitorio en el primer piso con ventanales panorámicos (oscurecidos) con una vista fantástica al Schlei. Por la noche, desde la cama podrá contemplar el cielo estrellado sobre el Schlei... En el salón y el comedor, con calefacción por suelo radiante, también podrá disfrutar de una maravillosa vista de nuestra propiedad y de Gunnebyer Noor. Las puertas correderas de suelo a techo situadas en la mesa del comedor situada hacia el sur se pueden abrir casi por completo.
