The holiday house/fisherman’s cabin is beautifully and exclusively furnished and invites you to an extra nice stay, regardless of whether it's sunny or raining, or with or without fish. Kitchen facilities on both floors. In the kitchen with the dining table on the first floor, there is a great panoramic view. On the lower floor, there is also kitchen and also a living room with a large TV, sound system and entertainment. Exit to the wharf and a side exit to the filleting room. On the main floor, there is a master bedroom with a double bed that can be divided into two beds and a bathroom. Two additional bedrooms on the first floor. In front of the house, there is a nice patio with a great view of the fjord. Here, you can enjoy the evenings with a bonfire. In the extension, the filleting room has been laid out, dry and beautiful with light and water. The area is perfect for hiking in beautiful nature. Great swimming opportunities, like on the beach approx. 70 meters from the house. If you follow the coastal path, you can fish from shore regardless of the weather. A trip to Sigjo is recommended, and Mosterhamn and Bømlo also have a lot of history and experiences to offer. Aluminum boat for rent, 18 feet with 50 HP as well as sonar, GPS and chart plotter. Best suited for 3 to 4 active fishermen. The boat needs to be ordered at the same time as the house. Youth groups are not allowed and will be rejected, alternatively pay NOK 3,000 per person in deposit. Ansonsten ist die Gegend perfekt für Spaziergänge in der wunderschönen Natur in der Nähe des Hauses. Viele Bademöglichkeiten, auch am ca. 100 m entfernten Strandufer, nur etwa 70 m vom Haus entfernt. Wenn Sie dem Küstenweg folgen, können Sie, ganz unabhängig vom Wetter, vom Ufer aus angeln. Empfehlenswert ist ein Ausflug nach Sigjo, und Mosterhamn und Bømlo haben viel Geschichte und spannende Erlebnisse zu bieten. Boot gleichzeitig mit den Haus zu mieten: *ein 20 Fuß Boot (Typ Sting 600 pro) mit 60 PS Mercury Motor sowie Garmin Echomap 72CV Echolot, GPS und Kartenplotter. Das Boot wird vor Ort abgerechnet. Jugendgruppen unter 25 Jahren sind nicht erwünscht und werden abgewiesen! Alternativ ist eine Kaution in Höhe von NOK 3.000 pro Person zu hinterlegen.
