Welcome to this summer place on Värmdö, the house is simple but has lots of charm! The large house has two bedrooms with a single bed in each, a small kitchen with stove, fridge and freezer but no running water, you get water from the pump outside and wash dishes on the balcony outside, and let the dishes dry in the sun. A dining table with 4 chairs is on the balcony. Living room with a dining table in an alcove with large windows down over the grounds. The house is high up with many stairs, so the house is not suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs. A guest house consisting of two rooms, one with a bunk bed and a family room with a sofa bed. There is also a fridge and two plates if you want to make your breakfast or coffee there. None of the houses have water drawn in, but in a separate house there is a completely newly built and nice shower and sink and an electric toilet. In the shed where the shower is, there are two bicycles, two deckchairs and beach mattresses that can be borrowed. The site is a lovely private forest plot, just go straight into the forest and pick mushrooms. If you want to take a dip, it is 200m down to the association's jetty. At the bottom of the plot there is a grassy area for play and ball games. The house is close to Bullandö marina where there is kayak rental, some fresh produce, kiosk and restaurant. The restaurant has live music every Saturday throughout the summer. At the marina, you can also book a sauna and washing machine, as there are none in the house. If you want to take the bus into Stockholm, the bus leaves 250 m from the house; out by the main road. There are plenty of nice walking paths, the owner allows dogs, this house and location is perfect for that. Don't forget to keep the dog on a lead, there are plenty of trees by the house to tie the dog to so it can be outside. Das erhöht gelegene Ferienhaus hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Einzelbett, eine kleine Küche mit Herd, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, aber kein fließendes Wasser. Sie holen sich Wasser von der Pumpe draußen und spülen das Geschirr draußen auf der Veranda und lassen es an der Sonne trocknen. Auf der Veranda steht auch ein Esstisch mit vier Stühlen bereit. Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch in einer Nische sowie großen Fenstern zum Grundstück hin. Da das Haus hoch oben liegt und viele Treppen zum Eingang hat, ist es nicht für Personen geeignet, die Probleme beim Treppensteigen haben! Nebenan steht ein separater, kleinerer Annex, bestehend aus zwei Zimmern; eines mit Etagenbett mit zwei Kojen, dazu ein Familienzimmer mit Schlafsofa. Es gibt auch einen Kühlschrank und zwei Teller, falls Sie dort Ihr Frühstück oder Ihren Kaffee zubereiten möchten. BITTE BEACHTEN: Keines der Häuser verfügt über einen Wasseranschluss, aber in einem separaten Haus gibt es ein modernes Bad mit schöner Dusche, Waschbecken und Verbrennungstoilette. Im Nebengebäude, in dem sich die Dusche befindet, können zwei Fahrräder, zwei Liegestühle und Strandmatratzen ausgeliehen werden (ohne Gewähr). Das Gelände ist ein schönes privates Waldgrundstück. Gehen Sie einfach direkt in den Wald und sammeln Sie Pilze. Wenn Sie ein Bad nehmen möchten, sind es 200 m bis zum Steg des Wohnvereins. Am Ende des Grundstücks befindet sich eine Rasenfläche zum Spielen der Kinder. Das Ferienhaus liegt in der Nähe des Yachthafens Bullandö, wo es einen Kajakverleih, einige frische Produkte, einen Kiosk und ein Restaurant gibt. Das Restaurant bietet den ganzen Sommer über jeden Samstag Live-Musik. Am Yachthafen können Sie auch eine Sauna und eine Waschmaschine buchen, da diese im Haus nicht vorhanden sind. Wenn Sie mit dem Bus nach Stockholm fahren möchten, fährt der Bus 250 m vom Haus entfernt ab; draußen an der Hauptstraße. Es gibt viele schöne Spazierwege, der Besitzer erlaubt Hunde, dieses Haus und die Lage sind dafür perfekt. Vergessen Sie bitte nicht, Ihren Hund anzuleinen!
