Sieciemin is a quiet village 20 km from the Baltic coast and 15 km east of Koszalin. This piece of land between the sea and numerous lakes is made for recreation and outdoor activities. A spacious, beautiful and comfortable holiday home with amenities and enough space for a large family. The house is ground floor and has a large terrace. In addition to a spacious living room with a large table and fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen, there are 4 separate bedrooms (each with a separate bathroom). 3 bathrooms have a shower and 1 bathroom has a bathtub. TVs in the living room and in each bedroom. The house has central heating and can be used all year round. A heated swimming pool, a whirlpool tub in the garden, a gym, a playground and a sauna (additionally payable according to electricity consumption) are available to guests. There is also table tennis, table football, billiards and fitness equipment. The well-kept and fenced garden property is ideal for guests both big and small, and four-legged friends are also welcome here. You can lie in a hammock or relax on the terrace while grilling. Sieciemin is a small rural settlement. The surrounding area is made up of fields, meadows and forests, excellent conditions for hiking and cycling. Close contact with calming nature is invaluable. Sieciemin is a good base for trips to the seaside. Within a radius of 20-30 km there are many seaside resorts, each with a different character, it is worth visiting at least a few of them: noisy and more youthful Mielno, quiet and peaceful Łazy, spa Dąbki, historic Darłowo.

Sieciemin ist ein ruhiges Dorf 20 km von der Ostseeküste und 15 km östlich von Koszalin. Dieses Stück Land zwischen dem Meer und zahlreichen Seen ist wie geschaffen für Erholung und Outdoor-Aktivitäten. Das geräumige und komfortable Haus ist einstöckig und verfügt über eine große Terrasse. Neben dem geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit großem Tisch und Kamin sowie einer gut ausgestatteten Küche gibt es 4 separate Schlafzimmer (jeweils mit separatem Badezimmer). 3 Badezimmer sind mit einer Dusche und 1 Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und in jedem Schlafzimmer. Das Haus verfügt über eine Zentralheizung. Zur Verfügung der Gäste stehen ein privater Pool mit beheiztem Wasser, ein Whirlpool im Garten, ein Spielplatz und eine Sauna (zusätzliche Gebühr je nach Stromverbrauch). Außerdem gibt es Tischtennis, Tischfußball, Billard und Fitnessgeräte. Das gepflegte und eingezäunte Gartengrundstück lädt sowohl große als auch kleine Gäste zum Verweilen ein, auch Vierbeiner sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. Sie können in einer Hängematte liegen oder beim Grillen auf der Terrasse entspannen. Für Kinder gibt es einen Spielplatz mit Trampolin. Der enge Kontakt mit der beruhigenden Natur kann nicht hoch genug eingeschätzt werden. Sieciemin ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ans Meer. In einem Umkreis von 20–30 km gibt es viele Badeorte mit jeweils unterschiedlichem Charakter. Es lohnt sich, zumindest einige davon zu besuchen: das laute und jugendlichere Mielno, das ruhige und friedliche Łazy, den Kurort Dąbki und das historische Darłowo.
