A two-story terraced house, on a fenced, private plot (approx. 90 sq m) with a swing, sandbox, well-kept lawn and parking for a car. On the ground floor there is a living room connected to the kitchen. The living room has a fireplace, a double sofa bed, a table with chairs and a TV. There is also a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are 2 separate bedrooms (each with 2 double beds) and a second bathroom with a shower. There is very efficient gas heating, which can be supported by a fireplace in the living room, and the house has excellent thermal insulation, which ensures comfortable relaxation at any time of the year. Not far from the center there is the international bicycle route R-10, stretching around the Baltic Sea basin.
