Dalla cucina si accede ad un gradevole terrazzo esterno. Grazie a due grandi frontali finestrati, la zona giorno risulta particolarmente luminosa e inondata di luce. Dal comodo divano si ha una bellissima vista sul giardino esposto a sud. Dalla camera da letto, che si trova sul lato giardino, si può godere di una vista libera sul mare appena sveglia. Nella proprietà privata sono disponibili 2 posti auto Le due bellissime spiagge della località balneare sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti. La spiaggia di Godelins è riparata e circondata da alte scogliere, la soleggiata spiaggia di Le Moulin è l'ideale per il nuoto e tutti i tipi di sport acquatici. Il famoso sentiero escursionistico costiero GR 34 costeggia il porto e le spiagge per molti chilometri e offre sempre punti panoramici mozzafiato. La costa del Goëlo è un tratto di costa molto panoramico. Coste scoscese si alternano a piccole baie, porti pescherecci e spiagge sabbiose.
