This holiday home, built in 2010, is only a few minutes' walk from the beach and in a wonderfully quiet location. You can relax on the terrace and enjoy the scent of flowers, herbs and the shady trees in the garden. Around the port of the small village of Sumartin you will find nice restaurants, cafes and taverns where you can try the freshly caught fish and many other specialties. Near the village you will find pebble beaches, sandy bays and a rocky beach as well. The old church of St. Martin, built in the pre-Romanesque style, the monastery museum and the beautiful, spacious park also have their charm. By the way, Brac is one of the few destinations in Croatia that also has sandy beaches. Alrededor del puerto del pequeño pueblo de Sumartin encontrará agradables restaurantes, cafés y tabernas donde podrá probar el pescado fresco y muchas otras especialidades. La antigua iglesia de San Martín, construida en estilo prerrománico, el museo del monasterio y el hermoso y espacioso parque también tienen su encanto. Op het terras kunt u heerlijk ontspannen en genieten van de geur van bloemen, kruiden en de schaduwrijke bomen in de tuin. Rond de haven van het kleine dorpje Sumartin vindt u leuke restaurants, cafés en tavernes waar u de vers gevangen vis en vele andere specialiteiten kunt proberen. Ook de oude kerk van St. Martin, gebouwd in de preromaanse stijl, het kloostermuseum en het mooie, ruim opgezette park hebben hun charme. Overigens is Brac een van de weinige bestemmingen in Kroatië die ook zandstranden heeft. Brac jest również jednym z niewielu chorwackich miejsc z piaszczystą plażą.
