Ljungskile is the place that is an hour away from a variety of well-visited Bohuslän tourist destinations, such as Smögen, Lysekil, Kungshamn or why not Gothenburg? This homely apartment is located on the first floor of the owner's house, close to both Lyckornas Golfbana and the sea. The welcoming hall leads into the bedrooms with a 160cm double bed in one and two 90cm single beds in the other (can be pushed together if desired). If you have five people, there is also an extra fold-out bed and for the baby a travel cot. The bedrooms have carpeted floors. In the hall there is a toilet with shower. The living room is combined with kitchen and dining area. The apartment is very spacious and nice. There is also a washingmachin in the apartment. Outside the door there is a spacious stone patio with outdoor furniture for cozy evenings. Around the whole house there is a lawn for the children to play on. The owners are very hospitable and you are welcome to take the outdoor furniture out on the lawn on the other side of the house if you want. Half a kilometer away, where the field ends, is the highway. But you are not disturbed at all by this. Rather, you feel close to getting out and going to all the different destinations. A less busy access road passes outside which can be good to know if you have mobile small children. You will really enjoy yourself here! Diese gemütliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss vom Wohnhaus des Eigentümers und in der Nähe des Golfplatzes Lyckornas sowie der Küste. Von der Eingangsdiele gelangt man rechts und links zu den beiden Schlafzimmern mit jeweils einem 160 cm breiten Doppelbett bzw. zwei 90 cm breite Einzelbetten, die ggf. zusammengetellt und als Doppelbett genutzt werden können. Bei Beilegung mit fünf Personen gibt es zusätzlich ein Klappbett, bzw. für Babys ein Reisebettchen. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Teppichboden ausgelegt. Im Flur befindet sich auch der Zugang zum Bad mit Dusche/WC. Desweiteren gelangt man von der Diele in den offenen Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit Ess- und Sitzecke. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Bei Bedarf können Sie Zutritt zur Waschmaschine der Hauseigentümer bekommen. Vor der Wohnungstür gibt es eine geräumige, gepflasterte Fläche mit Gartenmöbeln für gemütliche Abende. Um das Haus herum steht zudem eine Rasenfläche zur Verfügung, auf der die Kinder spielen können. Die Eigentümer sind sehr gastfreundlich und Sie können auch gerne die Gartenmöbel auf der anderen Seite des Hauses aufstellen, wenn Sie dies möchten. Etwa einen halben Kilometer weiter, dort wo das Feld endet, liegt die Autobahn, die jedoch am Haus kaum wahrgenommen wird. Ein Vorteil ist dabei die gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die nähere und fernere Umgebung.
