Live in the middle of the countryside in the town of Sparlösa in Vara municipality, in a completely secluded environment in a small cozy cottage with a lot of history. Here you live in the middle of the Swedish idyll with the forest on the edge but also open fields in front of the cabin. You get to the cabin on a small grass road that is completely secluded with only nature inside. The cabin has a small glassed-in balcony that leads into a smaller hall. Downstairs there is a rustic, nice kitchen and living room with single bed and sofa bed. Smaller bedroom with bunk bed (which can be put down if you want two single beds) and small bathroom with wc and shower. A steep staircase leads up to the second floor, which has a completely open floor plan. Here you will find two single beds and a seating area to hang out around to play games or have coffee. Spacious garden with large lawn with plenty of space to play and hang out. The forest surrounds the cabin and there are plenty of mushrooms and berries in season. Peaceful with a fantastic view over fields and meadows. Only a short drive away are grocery stores, shopping and cafes. In Vara there are bathhouses, several gyms, a concert hall, a library, a health center, many shops and eateries. In the bathhouse park, there is a stage where there are usually various events during the summer, mini golf and a large playground.

Einen Urlaub weit draußen auf dem Lande können Sie hier verbringen! Das Ferienhaus liegt in der Gemeinde Sparlösa im Bezirk Vara kommun, in einer eher abgeschiedenen Gegend und ganz idyllisch im Grünen. Es wird von Wald, Wiesen und Feldern umgeben. Ein kleiner Feldweg führt zum Ferienhaus, das dort mitten im Grünen steht. Es hat eine traditionelle, kleine verglaste Veranda am Eingang. Dahinter Eingangsdiele sowie funktionale Küche mit Essecke am Fenster. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Einzelbett sowie eine doppelte Schlafcouch bereit. Zudem kleineres Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett (kann auch zu zwei Einzelbetten umfunktioniert werden) und kleines Bad mit Dusche/WC im Haus. Über eine schmale, steile Leitertreppe gelangt man hinauf ins offene Dachgeschoss mit zwei Einzelbetten unter der Dachschräge und einer Sitzgruppe (siehe Foto). Draußen weitläufiges Rasengrundstück mit einigen Bäumen und viel Platz für Spiel, Sport und Spaß. Im nahen Wald kann man sich auf die Suche nach Beeren oder Pilze machen. Die herrliche Landschaft ringsum lädt zum Aktivsein an der frischen Luft ein. Der Blick schweift über Wiesen und Felder, Seele und Geist kommen zur Ruhe und erholen sich. Dennoch kürzere Anfahrt vom Haus zu Einkaufsladen etc. In Vara gibt es Schwimmbad, mehrere Fitnesscenter, Konzerthaus, Bibliothek, Recyclinghof sowie diverse Geschäfte und Gaststätten.
