Welcome to this newly-built holiday home situated south of Borgholm, on beautiful Öland! In this delightful cottage you will be only 2 kilometres from the sea and 20 minutes walk from the lovely town of Borgholm. The cottage is set on the same plot of land as the owner's home . It has an open-plan kitchen and living room that opens onto the terrace. The cottage has air conditioner all year around and also underfloor heating in the bathroom. The living room is equipped with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. A steep set of stairs will take you up to the mezzanine where there's a mattress with a width of 140 centimetres. The bathroom has a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. Öland has plenty of lovely bicycle trails which makes it easy to go places by bike. The nature here is stunning and there's a number of lovely beaches to choose from. If you enjoy golfing, Ekerum is nearby, offering one of Sweden's largest golf courses. Families will enjoy the zoo and the amusement park by the bridge, Ölandsbron. Köpingsvik is another nice place to visit. Or why not take a boat trip over to the mainland and explore Småland? Wurde erst vor wenigen Jahren auf der Ferieninsel Öland erbaut. Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas südlich des Ortes Borgholm. Der Ortskern ist mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreicht, zu Fuß ist man etwa 20 Min. dorthin unterwegs. Das Häuschen steht auf einem großen, gemeinschaftlichen Grundstück mit ausreichend Fläche für Spiel und Spaß im Freien. Innen erwartet Sie ein offener, zweckmäßig eingerichteter Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit Zugang zur Terrasse, wo man die Mahlzeiten des Tages einnehmen kann. Im Wohnbereich sind auch eine Essecke, eine Schlafcouch und ein Etagenbett untergebracht. Das Häuschen verfügt über Fußbodenheizung und Wärmepumpe für ein zu jeder Jahreszeit angenehm temperiertes Innenklima. Eine recht steile Treppe führt hinauf auf den offenen Hems mit 2 Schlafplätzen auf einer 140 cm breiten Matratze unter der Dachschräge. Zudem helles Bad mit Dusche/WC und kleiner Waschmaschine im Haus. Entdecken Sie per Fahrrad oder Auto die unterschiedlichen Landschaften und Sehenswürdigkeiten der langgezogenen Insel Öland. Der Golfplatz von Ekerum liegt unweit des Hauses. Besuchen Sie auch den Tierpark nahe der Brücke zum Festland oder den Park von Schloss Solliden, der Sommerresidenz der königlichen Familie. Tiene una ubicación céntrica por el carril bici hasta Borgholm, y se tarda unos 20 minutos en caminar. La cabaña es luminosa y agradable, está ubicada en la parcela del propietario, pero hay mucho espacio para toda la familia. La cabaña tiene un plan de piso abierto entre la cocina y la sala de estar con acceso a la terraza donde puede reunirse y comer. Le gîte est lumineux et agréable, il est situé sur la parcelle du propriétaire, mais il y a beaucoup d'espace pour toute la famille. Le chalet a un plan d'étage ouvert entre la cuisine et le salon avec accès à la terrasse où vous pouvez vous réunir et prendre vos repas.
