In the spring of 2018, the house is beautifully and tastefully renovated and newly decorated and appears modern and attractive. The cottage contains on the ground floor living room / kitchen in open connection, two bedrooms, bathroom with underfloor heating and entrance hall. On the 1st floor there is a living room and a bedroom. The decor is very bright due to the many large windows, and the furniture is appealing and modern. Everywhere, attention has been paid to the details and the highest quality of materials has been used, just as the mix of new and retro furniture is in line with the look of the house. For cheap heating, the house is equipped with district heating. On the large, south-facing terrace you can stay undisturbed, just as there is plenty of shelter and sun. Im Parterre befinden sich ein geräumiger Küchen-/Essbereich sowie zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung und eine Eingangsdiele. In der oberen Etage findet man das Wohnzimmer und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer. Aufgrund der vielen großen Fenster im Haus ist das Wohnambiente besonders hell und einladend. Es gibt zudem viele schöne Details und moderne Annehmlichkeiten. Das Mobiliar wurde liebevoll ausgesucht und zusammengestellt, wobei eine gelungene Mischung aus teilweise Alt und Neu gelungen ist. Das Haus ist mit energiesparender Fernwärme ausgestattet. Draußen auf der großen Südterrasse können Sie sich zurückziehen und ganz in Ruhe entspannen, denn hier findet man Schutz vor Wind und neugierigen Blicken sowie Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill. Davor gibt es eine kleinere Rasenfläche, umgeben von einer schützenden Hecke und etwas Zaun. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht! La cabaña contiene en la planta baja sala de estar / cocina en conexión abierta, dos dormitorios, baño con calefacción por suelo radiante y hall de entrada. En el 1er piso hay una sala de estar y un dormitorio. La decoración es muy luminosa debido a los numerosos ventanales y el mobiliario es atractivo y moderno. En todas partes se ha prestado atención a los detalles y se han utilizado materiales de la más alta calidad, al igual que la mezcla de muebles nuevos y retro está en consonancia con el aspecto de la casa. Para calefacción económica, la casa está equipada con calefacción urbana. En la gran terraza orientada al sur puede permanecer tranquilo, ya que hay mucho sol y refugio. Le décor est très lumineux grâce aux nombreuses grandes fenêtres, et le mobilier est attrayant et moderne. Partout, l'attention a été portée aux détails et la plus haute qualité de matériaux a été utilisée, tout comme le mélange de meubles neufs et rétro est en accord avec le look de la maison. Wiosną 2018 roku dom jest pięknie i gustownie odnowiony i na nowo urządzony i wygląda nowocześnie i atrakcyjnie. W domku na parterze znajduje się salon/kuchnia w otwartym połączeniu, dwie sypialnie, łazienka z ogrzewaniem podłogowym oraz przedpokój. Na 1 piętrze znajduje się pokój dzienny i sypialnia. Dzięki licznym dużym oknom wystrój jest bardzo jasny, a meble są atrakcyjne i nowoczesne. Wszędzie zwrócono uwagę na detale i zastosowano najwyższą jakość materiałów, tak jak połączenie mebli nowych i retro jest zgodne z wyglądem domu.
