This beautifully holiday home have all the requirements for a really great holiday. Equipped with a sauna and is close to a lake, where a boat is docked. The holiday home has been renovated by the owner who owns a carpentry business. The whole holiday home is designed to be the perfect holiday home where you can expect to get the most of your trip. On the upper floor is the bedrooms located, and from the master bedroom you can experience the view over the beautiful lake of Storsjön which is approximately 50m away from the holiday home. On this floor you will also find a bedroom equipped with two single beds and a living room with a TV and sofa (the sofa can be turned to a sofa bed for 2). The under floor is if possible even more beautiful. The kitchen area is truly inviting and is equipped with modern equipment and got a lovely feeling of tradition and culture, not least because the owner has kept some of the old original timber and let it be a decoration by themselves. The kitchen has a nice dining area where you can enjoy the peaceful surrounding area though the windows. Next to the kitchen is a family room located where you can gather around to enjoy each other’s company or watch TV. There is also a chimney where you can warm yourselves when the weather is a little bit chilly. On the ground floor there is also a very inviting little room where you can read a book and relax, or you can listen to some music and connect yourself to the free house Wi-Fi. Between the kitchen and the entry you will find the bathroom with the beautiful classic sauna. The surrounding area is just as inviting as the house itself. With a short walk through a beautiful pasture, will take you to the peaceful lake of Storsjön where your boat lays docked. If you want to go fishing you will need to acquire fishing license, or you can take a small trip with or without a picnic basket. You can either bathe in the lake next to the holiday home, if you want to sunbathe and long days at the beach you can visit the local bathing spots in the area. There is a large quantity of excursion sites in the area; if you want to go shopping you can visit Gekås or go on an adventure in High Chaparall, visit the large city of Gotherburg, salt baths in Falkenberg, Halmstad or Varberg.

Das Ferienhaus steht zudem nur ca. 50 m vom Seeufer des Storsjön. In der oberen Etage sind die beiden SZ untergebracht, eines davon ein richtiges Master Bedroom mit Seeblick. Oben zudem 1 SZ mit 2B sowie ein Aufenthaltsbereich mit doppelter Schlafcouch und TV. Im einladenden Parterre des Hauses befindet sich u.a. die modern ausgestattete Küche, hell und ansprechend eingerichtet, mit einem Hauch Nostalgie in Form des alten, gusseisernen Holzfeuerherdes und einer ursprünglichen, rustikalen Holzwand, die hier bewusst erhalten blieb. Von der kleineren Essecke dort blickt man hinaus in die friedliche Umgebung. Im Anschluss daran liegt der gepflegte Wohnbereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten und altem Kachelofen für kühlere Abende. Im Parterre wurde zudem eine hübsche, kleine Leseecke mit gemütlichem Mobiliar eingerichtet. Zwischen Küche und Eingang findet man das moderne Badezimmer mit integrierter Sauna. Der Eigentümer hat viel Mühe und Zeit in die komplette Renovierung des älteren Hauses investiert, um ein zeitgemäßes Urlaubsquartier zu schaffen, in dem man gerne die kostbarsten Tage des Jahres verbringt. Der für diese Region charakteristische Baustil wurde dabei bewahrt und sozusagen nur die "inneren Werte" des Hauses verändert. Das Äußere passt sich hier dem sehr positiven Gesamteindruck des Inneren in jeder Hinsicht an. Ein kurzer Spaziergang führt Sie durch das Grün und über einen kleinen Trampelpfad hinunter ans Seeufer des Storsjön, wo das zum Haus zugehörige Ruderboot für Ihre Angelausflüge (Angelschein erforderlich) bereit liegt. Der See gilt als gutes Angelrevier, zudem idyllisch mit Seerosen am Ufer. Es kann vom Ufer vor dem Haus gebadet werden, allerdings ist für einen ganztägigen Badeausflug ein öffentliches Badeufer in der Umgebung eher vorzuziehen. Diverse Ausflugsziele liegen in Reichweite für Tagesausflüge, darunter der große Einkaufsmarkt Gekås bei Ullared, das Westerndorf Hihg Chaparall oder die Ostseeküste bei Falkenberg, Halmstad oder Varberg. Casa de vacaciones excepcionalmente hermosa y muy bien ubicada con todos los requisitos para unas vacaciones realmente fantásticas. La casa es una casa de vacaciones clásica de Småland que ha sido completamente convertida y renovada por el propietario, quien tiene una empresa de carpintería. Toda la casa está construida y renovada para que parezca una casa de vacaciones perfecta donde puede estar seguro de tener una experiencia realmente agradable. Arriba están los dormitorios, y no menos importante el & # 8221; dormitorio principal & # 8221; es un lugar maravilloso para alojarse. Desde la ventana de este dormitorio se puede contemplar el hermoso lago Storsjön, a unos 50 metros de distancia. Arriba también hay otro dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y una sala de estar con TV donde el sofá es un sofá cama para 2 personas. El sótano es aún más atractivo si cabe. La cocina es extremadamente acogedora y, además de todo el equipamiento moderno, también hay un sentimiento preservado por la tradición y la cultura, entre otras cosas porque el propietario guardó una pequeña parte de los troncos originales y dejó que se convirtieran en una decoración en sí mismos. La cocina también tiene un agradable comedor desde el que se puede contemplar el tranquilo entorno. Dentro de la cocina hay una acogedora sala de estar donde están felices de sentarse juntos para pasar el rato frente al televisor o hablar sobre las experiencias de hoy y mañana. También hay una estufa de azulejos que aumenta la comodidad y que se convierte en un punto de encuentro natural para quienes alquilan esta hermosa casa durante la temporada de frío cuando posiblemente el viento aúlla alrededor del nudo y la lluvia azota las ventanas. En la planta baja también hay una pequeña sala de lectura muy acogedora donde puede sentarse en paz y tranquilidad con un buen libro, música agradable o para usted mismo con el ordenador conectado al wifi gratuito de la casa. Maison de vacances exceptionnellement belle et bien située avec toutes les exigences réunies pour des vacances vraiment fantastiques. La maison est une maison de vacances classique du Småland qui a été entièrement transformée et récemment rénovée par le propriétaire qui possède lui-même une entreprise de menuiserie. Toute la maison est construite et rénovée pour apparaître comme une maison de vacances parfaite où vous pouvez être sûr de vivre une expérience vraiment agréable. A l'étage se trouvent les chambres, et non des moindres la & # 8221; chambre principale & # 8221; est un endroit merveilleux où séjourner. De la fenêtre de cette chambre, vous pouvez admirer le magnifique lac Storsjön à environ 50 mètres. A l'étage il y a aussi une autre chambre avec 2 lits simples et un salon avec TV où le canapé est un canapé-lit pour 2. Le sous-sol est encore plus joli si possible. La cuisine est extrêmement accueillante et en plus de tous les équipements modernes, il y a aussi un sentiment préservé par la tradition et la culture, notamment parce que le propriétaire a conservé une petite partie des bûches d'origine et les a laissées devenir une décoration en soi. La cuisine dispose également d'une belle salle à manger d'où vous avez une vue sur les environs paisibles. A l'intérieur de la cuisine se trouve un salon cosy où vous êtes heureux de vous asseoir ensemble pour traîner devant la télévision ou pour parler des expériences d'aujourd'hui et de demain. Il y a aussi un poêle en faïence qui augmente le confort et qui devient un point de rassemblement naturel pour vous qui louez cette belle maison pendant la saison froide quand peut-être le vent hurle autour du nœud et la pluie fouette les fenêtres. En bas, il y a aussi une petite salle de lecture très accueillante où vous pouvez vous asseoir au calme avec un bon livre, de la bonne musique ou pour vous-même avec l'ordinateur connecté au wifi gratuit de la maison. En bas, entre la cuisine et l'entrée se trouve également la salle de bain d'une fraîcheur exceptionnelle avec le magnifique sauna classique adjacent. Casa vacanze eccezionalmente bella e ben posizionata con tutti i requisiti soddisfatti per una vacanza davvero fantastica. La casa è una classica casa per le vacanze dello Småland che è stata completamente trasformata e rinnovata di recente dal proprietario, che ha un'azienda di falegnameria. L'intera casa è stata costruita e ristrutturata per apparire come una casa vacanza perfetta dove puoi essere sicuro di avere un'esperienza davvero piacevole. Al piano superiore ci sono le camere da letto, e non da ultimo la & # 8221; camera da letto principale & # 8221; è un posto meraviglioso in cui soggiornare. Dalla finestra di questa camera da letto si può guardare il bellissimo lago Storsjön a circa 50 metri di distanza. Al piano superiore c'è anche un'altra camera da letto con 2 letti singoli e un soggiorno con TV dove il divano è un divano letto per 2. Il seminterrato è ancora più attraente se possibile. La cucina è estremamente invitante e oltre a tutte le moderne attrezzature, c'è anche un sentimento preservato dalla tradizione e dalla cultura, anche perché il proprietario ha salvato una piccola parte dei ceppi originali e li ha fatti diventare essi stessi una decorazione. La cucina ha anche una bella sala da pranzo dalla quale si affacciano sulla tranquilla zona circostante. All'interno della cucina c'è un accogliente soggiorno dove siete felici di sedervi insieme per stare davanti alla TV o per parlare delle esperienze di oggi e di domani. C'è anche una stufa in maiolica che aumenta l'intimità e che diventa un punto di ritrovo naturale per te che affitti questa bella casa durante la stagione fredda quando forse il vento ulula al nodo e la pioggia sferza le finestre. Al piano inferiore c'è anche una saletta lettura molto invitante dove sedersi in pace e tranquillità con un buon libro, della buona musica o da soli con il computer collegato al wifi gratuito di casa. Al piano inferiore, tra la cucina e l'ingresso, si trova anche il freschissimo bagno con adiacente la bellissima e classica sauna. L'ambiente esterno è invitante almeno quanto la casa stessa! Wyjątkowo piękny i ładnie położony dom wakacyjny spełniający wszystkie wymagania na prawdziwie fantastyczne wakacje. Dom jest klasycznym domem wakacyjnym w Småland, który został całkowicie przebudowany i odnowiony przez właściciela, który sam prowadzi firmę stolarską. Cały dom jest wybudowany i wyremontowany, aby wyglądał jak idealny dom wakacyjny, w którym możesz mieć pewność, że będziesz miał naprawdę miłe wrażenia. Na piętrze są sypialnie, a nie tylko „sypialnia główna” ” to wspaniałe miejsce na pobyt. Z okna tej sypialni można podziwiać piękne jezioro Storsjön oddalone o około 50 metrów. Na piętrze znajduje się również druga sypialnia z 2 pojedynczymi łóżkami oraz salon z telewizorem, gdzie sofa jest rozkładaną sofą dla 2 osób. Piwnica jest jeszcze bardziej atrakcyjna, jeśli to możliwe. Kuchnia jest niezwykle przytulna i oprócz całego nowoczesnego wyposażenia panuje tu również atmosfera zachowana przez tradycję i kulturę, choćby dlatego, że właściciel uratował niewielką część oryginalnych bali i pozwolił im stać się ozdobą samą w sobie.
