Welcome to a rural charming red cottage with white knots where you can glimpse both moose and deer from the plot or the forest behind the house. This accommodation is perfect for a family or group of 6-7 people who want to be close to several beautiful lakes, beautiful nature and cozy places. You can easily reach Borenshult and Motala's fine cycle paths. You are also close to Lake Boren with several bathing coves. The house is the village's first telegraph, but has since been carefully renovated and has a very homely and warm feeling. There is a patio with plenty of seating. In front of the main entrance grows a gazebo for classic Swedish coffee. You are welcomed into a bright hall. You have the kitchen directly to the right. Here both new and old meet. All appliances are new and everything is very fresh. The stove is an old wood stove that can crackle well in the fall. The house can be booked all year round and there is much to offer in the local area. To the left, the living room opens up with a TV corner and sofa. The house's first bedroom is next door with a 180 cm double bed. The style is rural charm where the old meets the new. The bathroom is new and has a large shower cubicle, sink and toilet. At the main entrance there is a washing machine and exit to the garden. The stairs up are somewhat steep, so be careful if you are elderly or have small children. Up here is another bedroom with a 180 cm bed. The family room also has a TV corner with a sofa bed of 140 cm and an extra bed of 100 cm wide. The house shares land with the house owners who live in the house next door. The cat Måns guards the yard and likes to be petted, but he must not be dragged into the house. Only 5 minutes by car you will reach Borenshult's locks. This is a must-visit and it is also Göta Kanal's second largest lock staircase. It consists of five linked locks and is a major tourist destination in Motala. In the middle lock, two men have carved a memory for posterity. In the town of Motala there is much to see and do. Willkommen in diesem traditionell rotweißen Ferienhaus auf dem Lande. Das Grundstück liegt direkt am Wald, wo Elche und Rehe zu Hause sind. Diese Unterkunft eignet sich für eine Familie oder eine Gruppe mit 6 bis 7 Personen, die in der Nähe mehrerer schöner Seen, wunderschöner Natur und gemütlicher Orte sein möchten. Die schönen Radwege von Borenshult und Motala erreichen Sie bequem. Sie befinden sich auch in der Nähe des Sees Boren mit mehreren Badeufern. Das Haus diente einst als Telegrafenhäuschen des Dorfes, wurde jedoch inzwischen sorgfältig renoviert und vermittelt eine sehr heimelige und warme Atmosphäre. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Vor dem Haupteingang gibt es auch einen schön abgeschirmten Sitzplatz im Freien. Von der Eingangsdiele geht es rechts in die Küche mit einer ansprechend hellen Mischung als Alt und Neu, wobei alle Geräte neu sind. Der alte Holzherd wurde als gemütliche Feuerstelle erhalten. Das Haus ist das ganze Jahr über buchbar. Nach links öffnet sich das Wohnzimmer mit Sitzecke. Nebenan befindet sich das erste der zwei Schlafzimmer im Haus, dieses mit einem 180 cm breiten Doppelbett. Der Einrichtungsstil ist eine ländliche Mischung aus Alt und Neu. Das modernisierte Badezimmer bietet eine geräumige Duschkabine, Waschbecken und Toilette. Am Haupteingang steht zudem eine Waschmaschine bereit. Steile Treppe ins Dachgeschoss, nicht für Kleinkinder oder körperlichen eingeschränkte Gäste geeignet. Oben befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem 180 cm breiten Doppelbett. Unten im Wohnzimmer stehen zudem eine 140 cm breite Schlafcouch sowie ein 100 cm breites Zustellbett als Ausweichmöglichkeit zur Verfügung. Das Ferienhaus teilt sich das Grundstück mit den Hauseigentümern, die im Nachbarhaus wohnen. Die Katze Måns bewacht den Hof und lässt sich gerne streicheln, darf aber nicht ins Haus gelassen werden. In nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen Sie die Schleusen von Borenshult. Dies ist gleichzeitig die zweitgrößte Schleusentreppe im Göta Kanal. Sie besteht aus fünf miteinander verbundenen Schleusen und ist ein wichtiges Touristenziel in Motala. In der Stadt Motala gibt es viel zu sehen und zu unternehmen. In der historischen Seefahrerstadt versammeln sich jährlich mehr als 20.000 Radfahrer, um die Vätternrundan zu bestreiten.
