A warm welcome to this modern and cozy cottage with a beautiful view of Lake Vänern. The cabin breathes fishing cabin on the west coast both exterior and interior. Park easily on the left just after the cabin. At this nice cottage you have all the amenities you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. From the large terrace you enter the cabin and can immediately leave your luggage and shoes in the inviting hall. Straight ahead you will find the cabin's bathroom with both WC, wash basin and shower. When you enter the combined living room and kitchen, you are greeted by a large space with a panoramic window towards the balcony and the lake. The kitchen is in a modern style and has all the equipment you could possibly need, such as a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker and much more. Next to the kitchen you will find the two bedrooms. The bedroom on the right has a wide (120cm) single bed and the bedroom on the left a double bed (140cm). Up the stairs from the living room you will find the sleeping loft with a wide (120cm) single bed and a sofa bed for two people. From here in the sleeping loft you have a nice view over the cabin but also out over the greenery. The large balcony that frames the cabin provides plenty of sun during the day. Here you can sit on a beautiful summer evening and look out over the water and enjoy the silence and tranquility that the area offers. 300 meters away there is both a jetty and a boat that is included to borrow (talk to the owners). By sea you can take yourself to various cozy islands, or why not go into Karlstad and enjoy the restaurant and entertainment options there. Around the cottage there are also good hiking trails to discover Hammarö's beautiful nature and rich wildlife. The cottage owners who live on the same plot are very nice and are happy to help if there is anything during your stay. Hammarö offers everything from cozy cafes, a recognized mini golf course to fishing, beautiful swimming, an appreciated golf course and much more. Barely a mile away you can enjoy fish/seafood at Lillängshamnen's Fish Smokehouse. At close driving distance you will find the Kilenegården training area with cross-country skiing, running tracks and much more. Welcome to this gem!

Es handelt sich hier um eine traditionelle Fischerhütte mit teils nostalgischem Charme, innen wie außen. In diesem schönen Ferienhaus finden Sie alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigen. Vom Eingang auf der großen Veranda betreten Sie die Eingangsdiele mit Platz für Garderobe etc. Geradeaus finden Sie das Badezimmer des Hauses mit WC, Waschbecken und Dusche. Beim Betreten des offen kombinierten, geräumigen Küchen-/Wohnbereiches blicken Sie durch die großen Panoramafenster hinaus zum nahen See. Die Küche ist modern ausgestattet mit u.a. Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Neben der Küche finden Sie die beiden Schlafzimmer; das rechte Zimmer mit 120 cm breitem Einzelbett, das Zimmer links mit 140 cm breitem Doppelbett. Eine Treppe führt vom Wohnzimmer hinauf zum Schlafboden mit einem 120 cm breiten Einzelbett und einem Schlafsofa für zwei Personen. Oben vom Schlafboden hat man einen schönen Ausblick. Die große Holzveranda, die das Häuschen umrahmt, bietet tagsüber viel Sonne. Hier können Sie auch am schönen Sommerabend sitzen und auf das Wasser blicken und die Stille und Ruhe genießen, die die Gegend bietet. Etwa 300 m entfernt gibt es sowohl einen Steg als auch ein Ruderboot, das Sie nach Absprache mit dem Eigentümer vor Ort kostenfrei nutzen dürfen. Auf dem Seeweg können Sie sich zu verschiedenen gemütlichen Inseln begeben oder nach Karlstad fahren und dort die Restaurants und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten genießen.
