Welcome to a charming 19th-century house, called Ekeberg, on beautiful Kållandsö. The house is only a stone's throw from swimming at Hörviken and close to Läckö castle, Hinden's reef and the fishing village Spiken. The house is located in a rural idyll and shares land with another residence called Grävlingsberg. There are additional houses on the farm that can be booked for larger groups. House number 52687 - Grävlingsberg, House number: 52688 – Klockrike, and House number: 52689 - Skogshyddan. You are welcomed into a green garden with a beautiful gazebo. Behind the red entrance door is a bright, spacious hall. Directly to the left is the kitchen, which has most of what you could need, including a nice old iron stove. Next to this is the house's fine room with a tiled stove. To the right of the entrance is a small sleeping alcove. Next to the sleeping alcove is the house's bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower cubicle and a washing machine. The stairs lead to the upper floor. There is a large common room with a TV and comfortable sofas and armchairs. The room is separated by the stairs and behind it is a double bed 180 cm wide. The room next to the common room is the house's last bedroom with two single beds 90 cm wide and an older junior bed. The water in the house is called "Vänervatten"(Lake Vänern water) and can be used for cooking, showering, and washing in. It is possible to drink the water to the house. A rowing boat and two kayaks are available at the bottom of Hörviken for rent - shared with guests in the other houses - rented for a price per day per boat/kayak. You, along with the guests in the other houses, has full access to the boat house. More information is available in the accommodation and by contacting the service office. In Hörviken's Marina you can listen to live music and eat good food, buy ice cream and swim during the summer. The area invites you to beautiful hiking trails and boat trips from the areas Naven and Spiken. Hörviken’s Marina is only 1 km away by car. The bathing dock is at the last pier at the Marina. Cliff bathing is a must at Naven. For families with children, there is a sandy beach at Läckö castle, Läckö beach and Svalnäs. You can also rent bicycles at the Marina and kayaks can be rented at Naven. Fine hiking trails, pilgrimage trails, can be found at Läckö, Läckö beach and Otterstad, which invite you to explore the area. For those interested in golf, it is only 4 km to Läckö golf. Here you will enjoy being close to everything a perfect holiday should have.

Das Ferienhaus steht in ländlicher Idylle und teilt sich das Grundstück mit einem anderen Haus namens GRÄVLINGSBERG. Vor Ort auf dem Hof gibt es weitere Häuser, falls Sie mit mehreren Familien anreisen möchten: Hausnummer 52687 - GRÄVLINGSBERG Hausnummer 52688 - KLOCKRIKE Hausnummer 52689 - SKOGSHYDDAN Hausnummer 52631 - EKEBERG Ihnen steht im grünen Garten ein schöner Pavillon zur Verfügung. Hinter der roten Eingangstür befindet sich eine helle, geräumige Diele. Direkt links geht es in die gut ausgestattete Küche, in der auch der alte gusseiserne Holzherd noch steht. Daneben liegt das Wohnzimmer mit Kachelofen. Rechts vom Eingang befindet sich ein kleiner Schlafalkoven. Neben der Schlafnische liegt das Badezimmer des Hauses mit Toilette, Waschbecken, Dusche und Waschmaschine. Eine Treppe führt hinauf in die obere Ebene mit einem großen Aufenthaltsbereich mit Fernseher, schönem Sofa und Sessel. Das offene Zimmer ist durch die Treppe geteilt, am anderen Ende steht das 180 cm breite Doppelbett. Ganz hinten findet man das einzige Schlafzimmer mit zwei 90 cm breiten Einzelbetten und einem älteren Juniorbett. BITTE BEACHTEN: Das Wasser im Haus kommt aus dem See Vänern und kann zum Kochen, Duschen und Waschen verwendet werden. Das Wasser im Haus kann getrunken werden. Ein Ruderboot und zwei Kajaks können ganz unten in Hörviken gemietet werden - diese werden auch weiteren Gästen angeboten - zu einem Tagespreis pro Boot/Kajak. Alle Gäste haben Zugang zum Bootshaus.
