In this house and in the adjacent guesthouse you live comfortably with beautiful views of the sea and meadows. The house is located individually, in Brandalsund's nature reserve with a comfortable distance to lovely baths but also close to central Stockholm, Trosa and Sörmland. Downstairs of the house you enter a smaller hall. To the left is a spacious living room with lovely sofa group, beautifully mullioned windows and wood burning stove and to the right is the large kitchen with space for many. In the kitchen there is a countertop stove with two plates and associated oven. It is possible to make a fire in the wood stove. On this floor there is also the fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet, washing machine and dryer. Upstairs you will find the house's remaining rooms, a large living room with sofa bed for two people, and a junior bed. In the master bedroom located inside the living room there are two beds. Here there are window sections that create a beautiful view and contribute to a calm and comfortable atmosphere. The guest house located next door is also fresh and newly renovated and here there are two single beds. As a guest in this house, you arrange cleaning yourself. Via individual gravel road and road boom you reach this charming house located on Brandalslunds manor (privately owned castle) grounds with beautiful meadows and rural surroundings that include Brandalsund Nature Reserve. Just below the house you can swim by the beach and if you want to get to a sandy beach, you have walking distance to lovely sandy beaches with barbecue areas in the nature reserve. The rowing boat that you are welcome to borrow is located at the lake's edge below the house. In the garden outside the house there are nice outdoor furniturewith barbecue where you can enjoy lovely dinners. Enjoy nice walks in nature, take a trip to Trosa, only 30 minutes by car, a fantastic summer town with beautiful houses, nice shops and restaurants. Gripsholm Castle in cozy Mariefred is also a must! Other places to visit are Nynäs Castle with exhibitions, activities and café during the season and the Royal Palace Tullgarn, which you can reach in about half an hour. Around here there are many nice golf courses for those who want to play golf, closest are Kallfors Gk and Åda golf & country club in Trosa. It only takes about 35 minutes by car to central Stockholm. Hier haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihren Urlaub in einer wirklich schönen und ruhigen Umgebung in einem angenehmen und renovierten Ferienhaus, gelegen auf einem Naturgrundstück mit Wald und Wasser, zu verbringen. In diesem Haus und im angrenzenden Gästehaus (Annex) wohnen Sie komfortabel untergebracht, mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf Meer und Wiesen. Das Haus ist freistehend, perfekt gelegen im Naturschutzgebiet Brandalsund, mit bequemer Entfernung zu schönen Bademöglichkeiten, aber auch in der Nähe des Zentrums von Stockholm, Trosa und Sörmland. Auf der unteren Etage des Hauses betritt man einen kleineren Flur. Auf der linken Seite befindet sich ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einer schönen Sitzgruppe, Lamellenfenstern und einem Holzofen. Auf der rechten Seite befindet sich die große Küche mit Platz für alle. In der Küche gibt es einen Tischherd mit zwei Platten und einen dazugehörigen Backofen. Für kühlere Abende steht im Haus ein Holzofen bereit. Im Parterre befindet sich auch das komplett geflieste kleine Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie die restlichen Räume des Hauses; ein großes Familienzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa für zwei Personen sowie einem kleineren Bett in Juniorgröße. Im Hauptschlafzimmer, das sich neben dem Familienzimmer befindet, gibt es zwei Betten und schönen Ausblick. Der separate Annex steht direkt nebenan und ist ebenfalls renoviert und mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Als Gast in diesem Haus organisieren Sie die Reinigung selbst. Über einen abgelegenen, kleinen Schotterweg und eine Straßenschranke erreichen Sie diese Unterkunft, gelegen auf dem Grundstück von Brandalslunds Säteri (Gutshof in Privatbesitz), mit schönen Wiesen und einer ländlichen Umgebung, zu der auch das Naturschutzgebiet Brandalsund gehört. Direkt unterhalb des Hauses können Sie am Strand schwimmen und wenn Sie einen Sandstrand erreichen möchten, erreichen Sie zu Fuß schöne Sandstrände mit Grillplätzen im Naturschutzgebiet.
