Worth a visit is the picturesque town of Söderköping with all its charm and the Göta Canal passes through the city with its beautiful pass boats. 6 miles from the house is Kolmården the Nordic region's largest zoo, safari park and rides, if you want to go on a longer day trip, it is about two hours drive to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby, then you also pass the city of Linköping with all the ranges. Feel free to visit Gamla Linköping, which is one of Östergötland's largest visitor destinations, where history comes alive and you can experience the city, country and forest as they was for a hundred years ago.
