Holiday home in a good location in the heart of the old market town Svaneke, only approx. 100 meters from the sea, the lighthouse and approx. 200 from the small sandy beach at Hullehavn. In 2017, the house got a new kitchen. Simple but cozy decor. From the living room there is access to a large, covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Here you live next to the rocky path between Svaneke and Årsdale and at the same time only approx. 500 meters from the city port and center with good restaurants and cozy shops. Das Haus liegt gleich angrenzend an den traditionellen Küstenpfad zwischen Svaneke og Årsdale und gleichzeitig nur etwa 500 m vom kleinen Hafen und der Ortsmitte. Dort gibt es gemütliche Gaststätten und Läden zu entdecken. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht! En 2017, la casa recibió una nueva cocina. Decoración sencilla pero acogedora. Desde el salón se accede a una gran terraza cubierta con muebles de jardín y barbacoa. Aquí vive junto al camino rocoso entre Svaneke y Årsdale y, al mismo tiempo, solo aprox. A 500 metros del puerto de la ciudad y del centro con buenos restaurantes y tiendas acogedoras.
