Do you want to experience Småland as it should, from a cozy cottage close to nature, forest and lakes. Then you have found the right place with this cozy accommodation. Here you have a nice view of Fagerhultasjön which is only 150 meters from the cottage. Straight down by the lake there is a jetty where the boat included in the rent is located. The private jetty has 2 built-in benches so you can sit and enjoy the lake and the view. A little more to the left down seen from the cottage, about 200 meters, there is a bathing area with a jetty where you have built a small beach and sanded the bottom. The cottage is 55 m2 but well planned. The owners renovated it mostly (not bathrooms) as recently as 2017, and the cottage is bright and fresh with modern décor. The common areas such as the kitchen and living room have a lovely view of the lake. With exit from the kitchen you also come out on the large terrace which has the same nice view. The terrace has a roof so you can spend days and evenings here regardless of whether there is a shower. In the cottage there is a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a slightly smaller room with a pull-out bed that can be either 80 or 160cm. If you make the bed 160, you can get out of bed at the foot end, but works great if, for example, you have 2 children who will share the bed. A little over 40km away is Jönköping, which has a lot to experience with restaurants, cafes, shopping and much more. By car you can get in an hour to, for example, Gränna and from there Visingsö or you have about 1.5 hours to Astrid Lindgren's World. There is a lot to experience in the area and you can easily get around as you have about 23 km to the E4 whether you want north or south! If you also want to stay in the immediate area, you can take the boat on a trip in the lake and meta or go for a walk in the beautiful surroundings. Both cleaning and sheets can be purchased as an option. Note that the washing machine shown in the picture is unfortunately not usable.

Unten am Ufer befindet sich ein Steg, an dem das im Mietpreis enthaltene Ruderboot vertäut ist. Der private Steg verfügt über zwei eingebaute Bänke, sodass Sie Platz nehmen und die schöne Aussicht über das Wasser genießen können. Etwas weiter, etwa 200 m links unterhalb des Hauses, gibt es einen Badebereich mit einem Steg, an dem eine kleine Strandlinie angelegt wurde, dessen Boden sandig ist. Das 55 m2 große Ferienhaus hat eine gute Raumaufteilung. Es wurde größtenteils (bis auf das Bad) 2017 von den Eigentümern selbst renoviert und frisch und hell eingerichtet. Von Küche und Wohnzimmer hat man Seeblick. Von der Küche hat man Zutritt auf die große Veranda, ebenfalls mit schöner Aussicht zum Wasser. Durch die Überdachung können Sie hier auch bei einem kurzen Schauer oder an windigen Tagen sitzen. Das Ferienhaus hat ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (160 cm breit) und ein etwas kleineres Zimmer mit einem ausziehbaren Bett, das entweder 80 oder 160 cm breit ist. Wenn Sie das Bett auf 160 cm ausziehen, müssen Sie allerdings am Fußende ein- oder aussteigen, was bei Kindern kein Problem darstellen sollte. Etwas mehr als 40 km entfernt liegt die Stadt Jönköping mit Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. Mit dem Auto erreichen Sie auch Gränna und von dort Visingsö in einer Stunde, oder Sie fahren etwa 1,5 Stunden zu Astrid Lindgrens Värld. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu erleben und Sie können sich schnell fortbewegen, da es nur 23 km bis zur E4 sind, ganz gleich ob Sie nach Norden oder Süden wollen! Wenn Sie lieber in der näheren Umgebung bleiben möchten, können Sie mit dem Boot eine Fahrt auf dem See unternehmen und die schöne Umgebung erkunden oder spazieren gehen. Sowohl Endreinigung als auch Bettwäsche kann im Voraus kostenpflichtig dazu bestellt werden. BEACHTEN SIE BITTE, dass die auf einem Foto im Bad gezeigte Waschmaschine leider nicht benutzt werden kann.
