Here you can relax among red houses and natural plot with large grassy areas. Here you have the opportunity to socialize and explore the area's offerings such as lake bathing, sea bathing enjoy the forest and pick berries. The house is only 35 km from the beautiful town of Västervik and 20 km from Loftahammar. It is a tasteful farm that is well preserved and you rent the whole house but the upper floor is not decorated. There are two entrances to the house, kitchen and large living room with a bed and the possibility of an extra bed. WC with shower and washing machine. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a bed for slightly smaller children. On the side of the house there is a terrace with seating area and barbecue. The plot is shared with the owner. The house is well located for activities and excursions to find things for the family and there is something for everyone. Västervik is an archipelago town a perfect destination for those who want to experience fun events and put a golden edge on life. Great shopping and great restaurants in this experience city. Loftahammar only 20 minutes away there is a marina, restaurants, spa, bakery and archipelago ferries and why not swim in the sea. Loftahammar also has a 9-hole golf course. 3 kilometers from the house is Tindered a genuint visitor destination, Lantkök serves coffee, homemade, daily dish and a la carte. There is a farm shop with gifts and locally produced, right next door there is a greenhouse and café Tindered. In the area there is a large children's playground and if you want to take a dip there is a jetty or rock bath and a small spa. Only 5 kilometers away is Fort Helgenäs where you can book activities for the whole family, labyrinths, spinning floors, suspension bridges at the inspiring adventure facility. Willkommen in Hässelstad Solhöjden, das sich auf einem fantastischen Bauernhof befindet, umgeben von wunderschöner Natur und dem umliegenden Wald. Hier können Sie zwischen typisch roten Häusern und auf einem Naturgrundstück mit großer Rasenfläche wunderbar entspannen. Unweit kann man im See oder im Meer baden sowie den Wald mit Beeren etc. erkunden. Sie wohnen hier etwa 35 km von der schönen Stadt Västervik und 20 km von Loftahammar entfernt. Der gut erhaltene, traditionelle Bauernhof ist geschmackvoll renoviert und Sie mieten das ganze Haus, wobei das Obergeschoss nicht möbliert ist. Es gibt zwei Eingänge zum Haus. Küche und großes Wohnzimmer mit einem Bett und der Möglichkeit für ein Zustellbett. WC mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett und ein Bett für etwas kleinere Kinder. An der Seite des Hauses findet man die Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill.
