In the nice area Norjeboke in Blekinge, this nice cottage is located in a cozy cottage area near the sea. One of the cottage's advantages is the large glazed terrace which becomes an extension of the house where you can sit and eat, drink and socialize. There is a living room with a sofa bed and TV and an open kitchen with a dining area. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed, but also a sleeping loft. Right next door is a "guest house" with three beds. Good to know is that the sofa bed is 140 cm wide and intended for one person, but works to sleep two children in, for example. The house has a nice garden with lawn and a large terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The terrace is at the back of the house. It is only about 100 meters to the sea and the nearest bathing area but it is also close to a larger bathing area with large sandy beach, playground, etc. It is an incredibly cozy cottage area to stroll around in with many nice cottages that have either retained the old charm or been renovated. A short distance from the cottage is a four-star campsite in a scenic area. There are activities during the summer for the whole family and there is also a restaurant and pizzeria with full rights by the beach. The cottage is located right near the so-called Listerlandet, a peninsula that juts out between Blekinge and Skåne. In this area there is a lot to feel and experience. A perfect peninsula for those who like to stroll in village centers, walk along the beach, pause in the harbor and take a dip. Here are several cozy coastal villages such as Hörvik, Nogersund and Hällevik with most nice cafes, restaurants and fish smokehouses. In the area you will also find several nice beaches. The Blekinge archipelago is rich in good fishing areas and you are also close to Mörrum with salmon fishing. If you want to go out in the archipelago, there are archipelago tours and fishing trips that start from several places. The nearest town is Sölvesborg. In Sölvesborg, nature is always close, regardless of whether you just want to be or get active. Here it is actually not far to anything that is nice. Im Haus offener Küchen-/Wohnbereich für das Familienleben mit Ess- und Sitzecke. Das Sofa dort kann auch als Schlafcouch genutzt werden. Das Ferienhaus hat ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, zudem einen Schlafboden mit einem weiteren Schlafplatz oben unter der Dachschräge. Gleich nebenan steht auf dem Grundstück der separate Annex mit drei Betten. Gut zu wissen: Das Schlafsofa ist 140 cm breit und für eine Person gedacht, kann jedoch auch für zwei kleinere Kinder genutzt werden. Im Außenbereich stehen ein schönes Rasengrundstück und eine gemütliche Holzterrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill. Die Terrasse befindet sich an der Rückseite des Hauses. Zum Meer und zur nächsten Badestelle sind es nur ca. 100 m, zudem liegt unweit ein größeres Badeufer mit Strandlinie, Spielplatz etc. Es ist ein unglaublich gemütliches Ferienhausgebiet mit vielen netten Häuschen, die entweder den alten Charme bewahrt haben oder renoviert wurden.
