An entrance with space for hiking boots and other clothes opens onto the bright living room with cozy sofa group and a wonderful lake view. There is also a stove that can increase the cosiness factor on a chilly evening. The fully equipped kitchen has an open floor plan to the living room and the generous dining area. On the same floor is the bedroom with a double bed where you look out to the lake. The house's bathroom is on the same floor and is equipped with shower, toilet and sink, a washing machine is in a walk-through room outside the bathroom. Downstairs there is another room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, the room also has a separate entrance and a magical view of the lake. In the guest house located on the hill above the large house there are 2 more beds and a small terrace outside where you can enjoy the wonderful lake views. Additional terraces are available on the main house as well as a large extended terrace with plenty of space for all the house's guests. Down by the lake there is a nice jetty where you can swim. One of the house's wonderful places is the boathouse. It has been converted into a large conservatory with long tables and chairs and here you can sit and eat long dinners right by the lake and at the same time have protection from any bad weather and wind. The plot is hilly and has stairs from the house down to the boathouse and the lake. Warm welcome!

Eingang mit Platz für Wanderschuhe und andere Kleidung, im Anschluss helles Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Sofagruppe und herrlichem Seeblick. Außerdem gibt es einen Kaminofen, der an kühlen Abenden den Gemütlichkeitsfaktor erhöhen kann. Die voll ausgestattete Küche hat einen offenen Grundriss zum Wohnzimmer und dem großzügigen Essbereich hin. Auf derselben Etage befinden sich auch ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ebenfalls Seeblick sowie das Badezimmer des Hauses mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Eine Waschmaschine steht in einem Durchgangsraum außerhalb des Badezimmers bereit. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein weiteres Zimmer mit einem bequemen Schlafsofa für 2 Personen, das Zimmer hat auch einen separaten Eingang und einen zauberhaften Blick zum See. In dem auf dem Hügel über dem größeren Ferienhaus gelegenen Gästehaus befinden sich 2 weitere Betten und eine kleine Außenterrasse, auf der Sie den herrlichen Seeblick genießen können. Am Haupthaus stehen zusätzliche Terrassenflächen sowie eine große, verlängerte Terrasse mit viel Platz für alle Gäste des Hauses zur Verfügung. Unten am See gibt es einen schönen Steg, an dem man baden kann. Einer der wunderbaren Orte des Hauses ist das Bootshaus. Es wird in einen großen Wintergarten mit langen Tischen und Stühlen umgewandelt und hier können Sie lange Abendessen direkt am See genießen und haben gleichzeitig Schutz vor kühlerem Wetter und Wind. Das Grundstück ist hügelig und hat eine Treppe vom Haus hinunter zum Bootshaus und zum See.
