Welcome to this picturesque little cottage in Arkösund, close to the archipelago which is known as one of the pearls of the Baltic Sea. The cottage is located on a shared plot of land with the owner, but is still quite secluded and built 2013 with a very tasteful design. The cottage has an open plan design with a living room, kitchen and entrance hall. The living room holds a coyy sofa for pleasant evenings together while watching TV or just relaxing. In addition there is a dining area and kitchen. The superb kitchen includes all amenities such as a cooking hob, fan, oven, dishwasher and microwave, everything you could need to cook delicious meals. Also, from the kitchen there is a direct exit to one of the large balconies with a beautiful view of the ocean. The cottage features two bedrooms, one with two beds and one with a bunk bed. Both rooms have direct access to the cottage's other large balcony. The outdoor areas have garden furniture and there is a barbecue grill. Finally the cottage features a fully tiled shower room with a WC, washing machine, tumble dryer and drying cabinet. Both of the balconies are guaranteed sunlight and are lovely for nights outside. It is only 5-10 minutes to the centre of Arkösund with grocery stores, an outdoor swimming pool, exhibitions, Saturday night entertainment such as music venues and pubs, and much more. You can also rent a canoe for a trip out in the archipelago if you would like to visit some of the islands. The area also offers a lot to do for day trips such as Söderköping (located about 50 km away) the picturesque town on the eastern end of Göta Canal. If you are interested, Stockholm is just about 200 kilometres away and is an attractive destination that is perfect for a nice day trip.

A Arkösund se trouve cette jolie petite maison. L'archipel est connu comme l'une des perles de la mer Baltique. A côté se trouve une salle à manger et une cuisine. Cuisine ultramoderne avec toutes les commodités telles que plaques de cuisson, ventilateur, four, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. De la cuisine, il y a un accès direct à une grande terrasse. De là, vous avez une certaine vue sur la mer. Deux chambres, une avec deux lits et une avec un lit superposé. Les deux chambres ont un accès direct à la deuxième grande terrasse. Les terrasses sont équipées de salon de jardin et barbecue. Espace douche entièrement carrelé avec WC, lave-linge, sèche-linge et armoire de séchage. Les deux balcons garantissent le soleil toute la journée et de belles soirées agréables. Il n'est qu'à 5-10 minutes à pied du centre d'Arkösund avec des épiceries, des piscines extérieures, des expositions, des régates du samedi, des soirées musicales et bien plus encore. Dalla cucina si accede direttamente ad un ampio terrazzo. Da qui si ha una certa vista sul mare. Due camere da letto, una con due letti e una con letto a castello. Entrambe le camere hanno accesso diretto al secondo ampio terrazzo. I patii sono dotati di mobili da giardino e barbecue. Zona doccia completamente piastrellata con WC, lavatrice, asciugatrice e stendibiancheria. I due balconi garantiscono sole tutto il giorno e belle serate incantevoli. È a soli 5-10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arkösund con negozi di alimentari, piscine all'aperto, mostre, regate del sabato, serate musicali e molto altro. En Arkösund se encuentra esta bonita casita. El archipiélago es conocido como una de las perlas del Mar Báltico. La cabaña está ubicada en una parcela común con el propietario, pero aún un poco aislada. Recién construido en 2013 y de muy buen gusto. La cabaña tiene un plan de piso abierto con sala de estar, cocina y entrada. La sala de estar tiene un acogedor sofá de televisión para pasar las tardes y el compañerismo. Adyacente hay un comedor y una cocina. Cocina de última generación con todas las comodidades como vitrocerámica, ventilador, horno, lavavajillas y microondas. Desde la cocina hay acceso directo a una gran terraza. Desde aquí tienes una cierta vista al mar. Dos dormitorios, uno con dos camas y otro con litera. Ambas habitaciones tienen acceso directo a la segunda gran terraza. Los patios tienen muebles de jardín y barbacoa. Área de ducha totalmente alicatada con inodoro, lavadora, secadora y armario de secado. Los dos balcones garantizan sol todo el día y hermosas noches. Está a solo 5-10 minutos a pie del centro de Arkösund con tiendas de comestibles, piscinas al aire libre, exposiciones, regatas los sábados, noches de música y mucho más.
