Well-located holiday cottage with sea views from the plot a short distance from the sea and beach. The house was built in 1966 and had an addition and was renovated in 2011. The house now has an open concept living room and kitchen, activity room with table football, exercise bike, three bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool and both a covered and open terrace. The furnishings are tasteful and modern in the famous Danish cottage style. The owner has placed great emphasis on functionality and comfort making a stay in the house associate with well-being and relaxation. The new activity room will no doubt be used extensively. Das Ferienhaus liegt recht geschützt auf einem großen, hügeligen Naturgrundstück mit etwas Rasen und schützender Hecke sowie teilweise überdachten Terrassenflächen. Dort findet man windgeschützte Sitzecken. Der Hauseigentümer legt selbst großen Wert auf Funktionalität und Gemütlichkeit, damit der Aufenthalt möglichst erholsam und dennoch aktiv und attraktiv für die ganze Familie wird. Nowoczesny, dobrze położony piękny domek z widokiem na morze, w cichej, malowniczej okolicy przy małej wiosce rybackiej Nr. Lyngby trochę na północ od Løkken.
