Dieses einladend eingerichtete und zeitgemäß ausgestattete Ferienhaus in Nordborg, auf der landschaftlich reizvollen Insel Als, bietet auch Gästen mit gehobenen Ansprüchen so ziemlich alles, was man für erholsame und dennoch aktive Urlaubstage braucht. Die geräumige Wohnfläche stellt ausreichend Raum für bis zu 18 Pers. bereit und wurde optimal ausgenutzt und aufgeteilt. Es gibt u.a. einen Aktivitätsraum mit Billardtisch, Tischtennisplatte, Tischfußball und Dartscheibe. Außerdem steht hier eine Bartheke für geselliges Beisammensein bereit. Kinder und Jugendliche können sich auf eine PlayStation3 und eine PlayStation4 freuen. Für die Jüngsten gibt es draußen Sandkasten, Rutsche und Schaukel und drinnen vier Hochstühle sowie zwei Kinderbetten. Weiterhin ist ein Gartentrampolin vorhanden (Nutzung nur auf eigenes Risiko). Der Wohnbereich mit Essecke wurde geschmackvoll eingerichtet und technisch mit CD- und DVD-Spieler sowie Flachbildschirm ausgestattet. Damit auch die kleinen Gäste am Tisch Platz nehmen können, steht ein Hochstuhl bereit. Die schöne Sitzecke und der Holzofen laden zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Im Haus gibt es zusätzlich zu den sieben Schlafzimmern noch einen großflächigen Schlafboden. Bei den Betten handelt sich ohne Ausnahme um sogenannte Boxbetten ohne Bettrahmen, die ganz flexibel und je nach Wunsch als ein Doppelbett oder zwei Einzelbetten genutzt werden können. Die drei Badezimmer sind alle mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Zu den Highlights für die Kinder dürfte auch die Rutsche im Poolbereich gehören, die für jede Menge Badespaß sorgen kann. Erwachsene können derweil mit 4-6 Pers. im sprudelnden Wasser des Whirlpools relaxen oder sich in der Sauna entspannen. Zum Haus gehört zudem eine gr. teils überdachte Sonnenterrasse. Wegen der Größe dieses Skanlux-Ferienhauses weicht die Endreinigung vom Listenpreis ab. Nebenkosten, Endreinigung und Kaution werden in bar an den Hausverwalter vor Ort gezahlt. Piscina con tobogán para los más pequeños, con la que solo pueden emocionarse y puro relax en el jacuzzi para 4-6 personas y sauna, que se encuentra en la sala de billar. En la sala de actividades puede tener un partido para la mesa de billar y luego un partido de tenis de mesa. También hay futbolín, dardos y un bar. Las actividades de la casa también incluyen a los turistas más jóvenes con PlayStation3 y PlayStation4. El salón comedor está decorado con buen gusto con equipo de música con reproductor de CD, TV de pantalla plana, trona para los más pequeños, zona de sofás y estufa de leña. Nella sala attività si può fare una partita a biliardo e poi una partita a ping pong. C'è anche calcio balilla, freccette e un bar. Tra le attività della casa ci sono anche i giovanissimi vacanzieri con PlayStation3 e PlayStation4. La sala da pranzo/soggiorno è finemente arredata con stereo con lettore cd, tv a schermo piatto, seggiolone per i più piccoli, zona divani e stufa a legna. La casa dispone di 7 camere da letto. Inoltre, 1 ampio e spazioso soppalco. Materassi a molle in tutte le camere e nei soppalchi più 2 lettini e 4 seggioloni. Ci sono 3 bagni, tutti con riscaldamento a pavimento. Ampio solarium all'aperto e terrazzo coperto. C'è una sabbiera, scivolo e altalene per i più piccoli. È stato installato un trampolino (l'uso è sotto la responsabilità/assicurazione dell'inquilino). Ten dobrze wyposażony dom wakacyjny w Nordborgu, na malowniczej wyspie Als, zawiera po prostu to, czego dusza zapragnie pod względem aktywności i możliwości rozwoju. Basen ze zjeżdżalnią dla dzieci, którym mogą się tylko zachwycać i czysty relaks w jacuzzi dla 4-6 osób i saunie, która znajduje się w sali basenowej. W sali zajęć można rozegrać mecz przy stole bilardowym, a następnie zagrać w tenisa stołowego. Istnieje również piłkarzyki, rzutki i bar. Działalność domu obejmuje również bardzo młodych wczasowiczów z PlayStation3 i PlayStation4. Jadalnia/salon jest gustownie urządzony ze sprzętem stereo z odtwarzaczem CD, telewizorem z płaskim ekranem, krzesełkiem dla najmłodszych, sofą i piecem opalanym drewnem. Dom posiada 7 sypialni.
