The lower floor offers 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and whirlpool and sauna area with sun loungers. The first floor has an open kitchen/family room with various activities, e.g. table tennis, darts, game console etc. The activity room has a double extra bed. There is a bio fireplace, please bring your own bioethanol. Two bedrooms are at one end of the house. There is a small terrace overlooking the large plot where there is ample opportunity to play and use the petanque court. The plot is divided by a road to the neighbouring house. Der Kamin ist ein Bio-Kamin, für den Sie selbst Bio-Ethanol mitbringen müssen. Der zuständige Servicemann liest den Zählerstand von Strom und Wasser immer ab, bevor er den Standwasserpool neu auffüllt. Eine kleine Terrasse bietet Blick auf das Naturgrundstück, das durch einen Weg vom Nachbargrundstück getrennt wird. Hier können Sie auch eine Partie Boule spielen. Das Ferienhaus liegt in dem ruhigen, doch beliebten Ferienort Dråby und mit ca. 2 Kilometer zum Golfplatz, Badestrand und der Stadt Ebeltoft. Le chalet est sur deux étages, où l'étage inférieur contient 4 chambres et une salle de bain avec douche. A l'étage, il y a une cuisine ouverte / salle familiale avec salon et activités. Dans la salle d'activités il y a un lit double. Le gîte dispose d'une cheminée bio, pensez à vous munir de bio-éthanol. Le technicien lit l'électricité et l'eau avant de remplir le bain à remous vertical. Deux bonnes chambres sont situées à une extrémité de la maison. Il y a une petite terrasse donnant sur le grand terrain naturel, où il y a amplement l'occasion de s'ébattre et d'utiliser le terrain de pétanque. Le terrain est divisé par une route jusqu'à la maison voisine. Le cottage est situé dans le quartier calme mais populaire de Dråby, à seulement un peu plus d'un kilomètre du parcours de golf, de la plage et de la charmante station balnéaire d'Ebeltoft. Il casolare ha un biocamino, ricordatevi di portare il bioetanolo. Il militare legge elettricità e acqua prima di riempire la vasca idromassaggio in piedi.
