This lovely holiday home is set in Sandvik, outside of Ronneby. It is set on an elevated plot and offers a panoramic view of the sea, which you can admire from the large terrace. The beach is only a few minutes away and there are fishing opportunities. The house features two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed, the other with two single beds. The kitchen and living room are open plan. In the living room you will find a TV with satellite channels. The kitchen features a fridge and freezer, a cooker hood, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher. The bathroom has underfloor heating and features a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. If you wish to explore the area there are plenty of places to see. Why not visit Kuggeboda berth, or the town of Karlskrona with it's interesting sea museum. You can also catch a ferry to the island Aspö. free of charge. Or take the car and drive over to the islands of Sturkö and Tjurkö. If you enjoy golfing you mustn't miss the beautiful golf course in Ronnebybrunn. La maison a un plan d'étage ouvert et deux chambres, une à chaque extrémité de la maison. La maison est située en haut d'une colline, vous avez donc une belle vue sur Ronneby et sur la mer. Voici une grande terrasse, où vous pouvez vous asseoir et vous détendre et étudier la belle vue. La soirée est propice à la mise en place de la table et à l'allumage du grill. Il y a aussi un séjour avec une cuisine ouverte. La salle de bain est agréable et équipée d'un lave-linge. Vous n'avez que quelques minutes de la plage et encore plus courte de la mer devant la maison. Les possibilités de pêche sont nombreuses. Prenez la voiture et conduisez et familiarisez-vous avec la belle région et le magnifique village de pêcheurs de Kuggeboda. Ronneby est une jolie place de commerce située au bord de la mer. Le parcours de golf de Ronnebybrunn est également magnifiquement situé avec un bon restaurant. Karlskrona est magnifiquement situé entre les îles de l'archipel à l'extérieur, un musée naval passionnant et un ferry gratuit vers Aspö et des ponts vers Sturkö et Tjurkö. Besuchen Sie auf Ausflügen z.B. das Fischerdorf Kuggeboda Fiskeläge. Ronneby ist eine schöne Kleinstadt am Meer, mit Golfplatz und gutem Restaurant anbei. In der Küstenstadt Karlskrona, die wunderschön mit vorgelagerten Schäreninseln gelegen ist, findet man u.a. ein interessantes Marinemuseum. Außerdem verkehrt ab dort eine kostenfreie Fähre zur Insel Aspö. Per Brückenverbindung erreicht man zudem die Inseln Sturkö und Tjurkö.
