Draußen steht eine offene Terrassenfläche mit Gartenmöbeln und Gas- sowie Kohle-Grill bereit. Das Naturgrundstück grenzt an eine offene Freifläche. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht!

Terraza abierta con muebles de jardín y hay una barbacoa regular y una parrilla de gas. La parcela bordea una gran área abierta. No se alquila a grupos de jóvenes.

Terrasse ouverte avec mobilier de jardin et il y a à la fois un barbecue régulier et un gril à gaz. Le terrain borde une grande aire ouverte. Pas à louer à des groupes de jeunes.

Al 1° piano c'è un ampio e luminoso soggiorno con TV, e ad un'estremità dell'ampio soggiorno c'è un letto matrimoniale. Terrazza aperta con mobili da giardino e c'è sia un normale barbecue che un grill a gas. La trama confina con un ampio spazio aperto. Non in affitto a gruppi di giovani.
